I have been refused my Suboxone prescription because my wallet was stolen and I don’t have any ID I have a picture of the front and the back of my ID. I am attaching the law as it states if the patient does not have proper identification, the pharmacist can identify them in another way here is the code HRS § 329-41(a)(6)I will be contacting ombudsman about this

Excellent pharmacy but,be warned, if you need a refill on a controlled substance, it will not transfer from the mainland.

I had a great experience at the pharmacy. I've tried booking the latest covid shot at Longs and other places with very little luck and with the options of weeks later or at the locations on the other side of the Island. I was told by Longs to not even bother with walk-in because they won't accommodate it or at another location was told that it might be 2+ hours if even that. I called Walgreens and they told me that they'd try to accommodate walk-ins best they can, which is all I wanted. I got there around 4pm and was out the door with my vaccination by 4:25. Very happy with the service.

The Walgreens Pharmacy location at 1121 South Beretania Street really sucks. Today I tried to speak to a pharmacist or a store clerk at (808) 593-0403. They put me on hold after answering my call. I was put on hold twice. All I had was a simple question. I waited on the phone for twenty minutes and gave up. Each time I was put on hold after speaking. Such a piss-poor service at this establishment. If I could give them zero stars, then I would have. Not customer friendly at all. Seems like they don't care at all!

Don't come here for any kind of vaccination. I made an appointment and wasn't seen after checking in. I walked out after waiting 45 minutes without being acknowledged. There was no apparent reason for this wait beyond a lack of organization and customer service.

Shopping cards and hand baskets are available. They sell Spirits, Alcohol and cigarettes.ADA Parking available. Plenty parking available.

Think of disabled people please! We can't be on our feet or without a restroom for too long bc, well, we are #disabled (NOT ABLE! Literally).

Terrible staff at the pharmacy. Asked to check if a medication was in stock and waited over 25 minutes, and they couldn't provide a simple answer if the product was in stock or not. Terribke experience and communication. Would not suggest going here unless your medication is on an island wide shortage

This review is for their photo department. Ever since Costco and Sam's closed their photo departments we have been coming to Walgreen to get our Christmas cards made. The process of making a card from their website is fairly simple and easy. The price was fairly good with a coupon code that give you when you get on their website. The 3-stars is for the speed and accuracy and communication of processing the order. It first said that the order would be done in like 3 hours of my placing the order but it was finished til 24 hours after i placed my order. I have heard from friends that other Walgreens have faster production times. So not sure if because since this Walgreens is in town that it is really busy or whether they are just that slow. I think next year we will try a different Walgreens to get our cards printed. Stay Tuned. ps the cards did come out nice and they gave extra envelopes.

I know this place can be busy, but over 1 hour wait for a flu shot is way too long. My appointment was 2:30 pm, checked in at 2:15 pm. There was only 1 person before me. Then someone else checked in at 3:00 pm for his flu shot appointment. I supposed to be the 2nd person but for some reason, they took him first. I went to the counter at 3:28 pm to ask the status of my prescription, she was checking the computer and told me it may take another 20 mins. Really?? Almost 1.5 hrs waiting time to get a flu shot?? Even doctors' office never made me wait that long. Huge disappointment. I am going back to CVS from for all shots from now on even though same day appointment is very difficult.

Don’t waste your time with this pharmacy. They are incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. My first incident with them, I called at 10 am and asked them if they got the prescription my provider sent, if they actually had the medication, and what time it would be ready. They told me they had the medication and it would be ready by 12 pm. When I arrived, they then decided to let me know that they didn’t have the medication at all even though over the phone they said they did, so that was complete waste of time. The second incident, they refused to refill my prescription; therefore my provider had to send my prescription to another pharmacy. I was unable to pick up my prescription at the other pharmacy because Walgreens approved my insurance and said they refilled my prescription even though they DIDNT! They only reversed the status because I called them and told them they need to because it’s preventing me from getting my medication. This pharmacy seriously needs to work on their services because it is a complete mess.
