I went here a few weeks ago and Kris was the one that did my transaction (with MTCN and all). I had to send money out abroad only to find out that Kris had canceled my transaction without my approval nor authorization simply because she messed up on her end. I didn't get any call or anything so the receiver had to go to a couple of branch only to tell her the same thing "transaction canceled". Confused I had to go back to the same location and AZL tried to help me but couldn't really figure out until she called Kris and from there she explained what happened. I was getting frustrated because she didn't know what to do so a store manager (or maybe asst. By the name of Curtis?) tried to help me and take note tried to turn the tables on me. In the end they had to do a transaction which the money was delayed by a day all simply because of one employee who was incompetent of doing her work correctly. Even though Curtis apologized on Kris's behalf the damage has been done. If I could give them no star I would.Please be mindful of your customers because had that been a life and death situation where the receiver was really counting on that money to arrive and it was canceled without sender's authorization you guys will definitely face a lawsuit.Oh and yea no compensation by the way just "I apologize for the inconvenience". Terrible customer service and management.Do not use their western union here.

A staff named Michelle was the rudest human being ever. She was aggressive to me and to her colleagues. She constantly raised her voice to hustle people and lacked patience to explain clearly to customers and her colleagues what to do. She is the worst person you can meet here for sure.Given it’s a convenient spot, I recommend you go to other staffs….although when I was there few days ago, they got a new girl who was super slow and couldn’t even effecting count money.

I give 1 star because not working always .they say system not working .how many days now i come back here but everytime they said system now sorry .wat kind or western union is this .

This was my 4th western union attempt in the past hr. The one at Safeway was out of order, the address on keeaukumoko was incorrect, the people there said WU was actually in Wal-Mart across the street. It's not. Then I tried Walgreens, the kiosk was all they had and it was taken over by some shady characters. Then the one at ala Moana said it was open till 8pm, but no got there and it closed hours ago.
