Don't do business with these guys... they are unaware of regulations regarding insurance and do not listen. Had an issue with over 3 grand of damages and company claimed that it was only covered by limited liability insurance...this is not true ever unless you expressly sign away your rights to it. Full liability is always the default unless you expressly state it. They are not honest people..AVOID!!

The movers didn't properly protect my TV/ and display unit, causing the doors to break during the move. They have not paid for or even supplied a woodworker to attempt to replace the broken doors.

So far, so good. Arlin S. was very responsive and gave a good estimate. The pack-up team of the 3 "Js" Joshua, Jimmy and Jonah were awesome. Everything appeared to be well wrapped and loaded. I am reserving the 5th star till I receive my household good shipment. They are willing to temp store our shipment while we await our next house to be built. By the way, the team arrived on time...a plus!

Still a shifty company been trying g to get my claim done then go a low ball offer before they came to a fair payout. That was 3 weeks ago, I was told 10 to 12 business days going on 20 to 21 business days. Emailed this Melina Manning requesting to speak with a supervisor guess there none there because this worthless woman will not respond and can't get a call. Try to call them many times and only get we will have someone call you back to there no manager/supervisor that are on site. WTF guess I am call the BBB on there sorry a** company. Please run from these people and never let them touch your stuff.

All American Moving/Windward Moving had a great set up (Arlin) and hardworking crew but damaged my antique dresser and refused to honor the additional insurance claim. Then I saw all the other reviews on Yelp and Google about damaged goods and poor customer service. Wish I had read the reviews first.

We are a military family. My spouse has been in the military for 24 years. We move every 2 to 3 years and this was by far the worst moving experience we've ever had. This was our last move on island so it's not like it was super far going from Hickam AFB to Ewa. I feel like an idiot for tipping these guys when that's not something we're supposed to do with a military move. I had some medical appointments to go to and left my mother at the move to supervise. When I came home a mover was riding around on my wife's bike in front of the garage. They took no care in packing any of our items nor do they label them correctly. It's taking us more than a month to get everything properly unpacked and I'm still not able to find everything. Kitchen utensils were carelessly thrown in on top of my wedding dress boxes of items look like they were simply dumped in the box and tapped. There was hundreds of dollars in damage to my furniture. The used packing tape to directly taped shut a storage bench which pulled all of the finish off the bench. My desk had large gashes in it and there are items missing.

Very difficult to get it touch with. It took hours of constantly dialing their phone number fo be able to get in touch with someone. They insisted on scheduling us for a 3-day move, and then showed up for "half days" on those 3 days. Would not recommend this company.

Windward Moving & Storage was contracted to do our move through the military and we had the best experience! They were kind and professional during our pack out and worked very efficiently. I wish I would've caught our movers' names because they were awesome!

Everything was good until they delivered my items and they were somehow soaked in water. I had all my things in 4 big plastic bins and one bin had about 2 inches of water in it that ruined all my electronics (TV, computer, Xbox, monitors etc). My furniture that was not in the bins all got water damaged, so pretty much all the expensive things got destroyed. They emailed me a damage claim to fill out but it's been 2 months since I filed the report and not one single word back about the status of my claim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I cheaped out and tried to save some money by using them but in the end I lost money because of all the damages I had to pay for. No aloha, no respect. Scrubs.

Nothing was damaged during the move, but the movers were very difficult to communicate with which caused the day to be extremely frustrating. They told me I could call to have the boxes picked up. My move was almost 2 weeks ago and I have been calling every day to schedule this. No one ever answers their phone or calls back AFTER the move has been complete. Just a very different experience from before my move to during/after the move once they already have your money.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a lot of damage in which they chose not to document after I told them and one worker saw change coming out my nightstand as he carried it upstairs and picked up all the change to put in his pocket lol so unprofessional and they complained and rushed the whole time. Nothing was handled with care. They all had attitudes about how I wanted my stuff assembled and didn't even put my bed together and bring things upstairs that I asked for. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

Crew was swift, polite and made the move very easy. Truly amazed at how quickly and methodically they got everything cleared out. Would give 6 stars if I could - highly recommend!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional and lazy movers- 2 movers showed up to my house and had to be told every 5 minutes what needed to be done, including moving the boxes into the actual house instead of just dropping them on the garage floor. When reminded that we'd like the boxes in the house to their labeled locations, the movers seemed annoyed and short. Despite being told, they still left almost half the boxes with labels sitting in the garage so my husband and I had to move them ourselves when they left. They told me they were done before they even unpacked anything or put anything together, including my bike that was taken apart on pickup, TV, and day bed even though I was told that they would help unbox. When asked if they would take the empty boxes that I was able to unpack in the short time that they were there, he said "oh, just call the company and we'll come back for it." Fast forward 1 month and all of the boxes are still sitting in my garage. This company doesn't answer their phones. After finally getting someone on the line after calling for 1 week, she said to put the boxes in the driveway on a Friday and that the movers would be in the area so they'd stop by and pick it up. It's now been 1 week since Friday and the boxes are still sitting in the driveway... I've called the company at least 5 times a day and no response. I'm beyond frustrated with their customer service and professionalism. This move was a military move so I didn't have a choice when working with them, but I highly recommend going with another company if you're able to!!!! Save yourself the headache and believe all of the bad reviews you read.
