The lady is so nice and friendly. She is also extremely patient with the elderly. I didn't buy anything and only asked a few questions, but she smiled and answered politely. Actually, 10 stars!

this is a great business. I have recommended people to this and find this to be excellent in terms of service and information about all aspects of phone plans. They have saved me money and time. They are efficient and honest. I have both phones in my houses on plans they recommended. I would not bother with T Mobile or Sprint businesses--go to Wireless City!

Five stars. Highly recommended.A small little kiosk cell phone store in the Kaheka Palama Market. It's located right at the entrance to Palama Market on the left side when entering.They sell many cell phone accessories, as well as cell phone cases and cell phones. They also specialize in pre-paid phone cards to call internationally.The owner of the store, Calvin was present. He is a wonderful, friendly, and very helpful business person. Very courteous to his customers and accommodates the Korean speaking community customers too.If you are ever in need of cell phones, cell phone accessories, and/or pre-paid phone cards, go to Wireless City in the Kaheka Palama Market. You'll have a great experience there.

Great place! They've been around for a very long time. That should tell you something. They stock all kinds of accessories. Great place to go to if you also have to do some grocery shopping or grab some food to eat!

This review is for the little food court off to the side of the supermarket. I went in to buy some things and thought I would stop by and pick up a plate for lunch. The little food court isn't that big but I thought I'd tried the BBQ mix plate they had at the far corner of the room. I ordered and it took about 10 minutes to get my food. I picked it up and went home. When I got home I was disappointed. The food was not very good. The meat had an almost "starting to rot" after taste to it. I think the only thing I really liked was the salad. I wont ever go back to that place to eat.

The team was friendly and thoughtful, which helped the overall efficiency of the store and my experience. The service was fast considering the tiny space they have to work in. Make sure you come with your packages taped, there is a $2-$5 fee to use their tape.

If you're seeing this, do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I did and come anyway because it's convenient. Find another location to go to! If I could give 0 stars, I would! I normally only use yelp to rave about my favorite spots, but I really feel the need to share about my experience today. When I first moved to the island, I lived near this store so I would return Amazon packages here. I noticed the older lady at the front was always rude, sort of impatient and clearly irritated, perhaps about Amazon returns? Some local friends who had given me a ride or been by with me previously had shared with me that "this location" was known for being awful. I had noticed the poor reviews across yelp and google but I just always ignored her and never let it get to me and figured her bad mood was her deal. Well, today I found myself in the area and went to drop off some items. I had some trouble figuring out the QR codes for a couple items because Amazon sent me multiple ones (to fix an issue). Pretty quickly, the lady starts to get an attitude with me about how Amazon will show which item the label is for under the code. I tried to explain to her that I just needed a minute to find the right ones because Amazon made custom labels for me and it went directly to my e-mail, so there was no description of it for QR codes in the e-mail. She began arguing with me and raising her voice, insisting "it was there" and that she's been doing this for 20 years. I figured it was just a language barrier issue but she continued to argue and then even making it a point to look at her screen and call me by my first name. OK. THEN, she proceeded to tell me that I "must be a pretty unhappy person." No, just human, who - apparently - even when having an incredible day can let someone like her get under her skin. I kept coming here because I thought - whatever. Her attitude is her own. I was fine and that I'd just "ignore" her bad moods. No more! I'll be going somewhere else that doesn't have such bad vibes. Bad moods and attitudes influence others! My day was fantastic and continued to be so after leaving her bad energy. Hope you have one too!

I used this ups store as it was on the path of my errands today. Never again!!! I will stick to going to Kailua UPS store. At Kailua store, they accepted my amazon return in a new ziploc bag. Whereas, this Makaloa store charged me $3 for an envelope!!!! I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!! Go to Kailua, folks, they're awesome service is worth the drive.

I'm amazed that UPS hasn't pulled this owners franchise license! The owner is the rudest person who immediately starts yelling at you when you are confused! She doesn't care about the customers needs and doesn't try to help solve problems instead tells you to leave even when you are willing to pay her outrageous fees for things that most UPS stores will do for free. If you have the ability to go somewhere else I would even if it is farther away.

My wife and I like to eat at the food court. This time we had the bibimbop with the marinated raw crabs we bought from the store prepared food counter. The price is always good and many varieties to choose from. This is my favorite place for grocery shopping and dinner at the same time.

Idk why this place has such bad reviews! Customer service is best. Ladies are very straight forward and they are super efficient. The best/worst part is the parking. Lot is always congested. BUT- the Korean parking attendant is very efficient! Always seeing him push people through that parking lot and thank goodness too! Cause seriously people be lingering around and jams it up even more. I've seen the parking attendant get into numerous verbal fights with people and it is a hilarious show because most of the time it is with other older Korean people (as this is a Korean marketplace). Other than the parking, UPS here is great. But TIP- need help with larger items bc it is on the second floor and there is stairs!

There are many businesses in this building so of course the parking lot gets pretty congested along with the drivers who I don't know how they got their licenses. Anyway, I went to the UPS store to drop off a box to be sent out and the line was long because only one person was working. After that since I was already parked, I went into the market to get a bite for lunch and ate it there. I walk out to my car and the elderly man who is the attendant there walks up to my car as I am trying to pull out of the stall and starts staring me down. I'm like, wth, so I put my window down and ask him what does he want? He tells me, you park too long! I'm like What?!?! Are you kidding me?!?! I was there no longer than an hour, maybe an hour and 15 minutes! I told him I went to UPS and the market to eat my freaking lunch! So dang rude!!!
