I went there for the first time in 20 years and there were so many cute clothes!it was fun! I will go buy it again! The store staff were all nice people and I had a fun shopping experience!thank you very much!I hadn't been there in 20 years and found many cute clothes!It was fun! I will go back to buy more! I ordered and paid for a dress in a different size at the Ala Moana store on 10/17. On 10/19, I received an email saying that my order was canceled due to it not being in stock. I went in to the store and was told that I will be automatically refunded in another day out two. 11/9, and still no refund showed up in my charge statement, so I went back into the store and was told that they could not refund me there and instructed me to call Zara customer service. The representative said that she doesn’t see a charge, but when I gave her the receipt number, she found it and told me that she would have to generate a claim number so I could call back to get my refund. She said that she would call me the same day out the next day with the claim number. 4 days later and no call with the claim number as promised. I was told by others that Zara is awful about refunds and I now believe it. I’ve been getting nothing but the run around.

It's a first time that I've been to a clothing store that tells me I have to wait outside the fitting rooms and can't join my daughter. How am I going to help her decide? Please get rid of this ignorant policy!!!

I come in and look every so often, but I hardly buy from here. You can rarely get help as I hardly any salesperson on the floor. They sell mostly clothes, but also shoes and bags. The women's section is on the second level. If you walk in the store you'll see escalators going up to the third level. That's where they have the men's and kid's sections. Their clothes are stylish, but I feel most people in Hawaii don't dress like that, unless they're going to some kind of event. I'm mostly a jeans and T-shirt kind of person.

Still trying to give Zara a try...Located right beside Nordstrom in Ala Moana Center this two level clothing store is quite huge the ground is all women and the men and children on the second level is quite impressive with a good selection of clothing that I've been meaning to check out on a regular basis and as much as majority are lovely there's always something that doesn't interest me...the long lines.There may be a few items I'm interested in and give them a try only to be discourage to have long lines...really long Ines with other staff I'm not sure if they're there do assist or just do this on purpose.The staff isn't the friendliest, greet, or just welcome you whatsoever and the great priced is somewhat there though when you need to make an effort versus vice versa there is something not right with the system here that doesn't make it a great shopping deal for me.

Been coming here for years and always half the stuff i pick up does not have a small size in stock. There's always a long line at the cashier, last time I waited 20 min to buy $400 worth of stuff and ended up putting it back and leaving.

Why is there only 1 register open for the entire store to service both first and second level customers? This is beyond infuriating. Zara has multiple staff instore at any given time in the back doing "inventory" but they will inconveniently make you wait when they clearly see a line of 10 plus people waiting to pay. They know it too because they look but do nothing about it. To make matters worse, a manager was present, standing near the fitting room seeing all of this happening. ALL the ZARA managers are pointless, useless, unprofessional and unintelligible people. I am still trying to figure out how they were even offered the position to be managers when they DO NOT perform as one. Is that why they are all still wearing masks? To hide their pathetic faces from their gauche appearances and demeanor? They also refuse to give their name when asked. My frustration with the managers here is never-ending. Beware shopping at this Zara store in their presence. They all bring a peculiarly miasmic atmosphere to your shopping experience.

The most disappointing customer service ever experienced. I never write reviews but this experience was so upsetting. I made a trip all the way across the island to go back to Zara after one of their cashiers messed up our order. After patiently waiting in their consistently ridiculous line , one cashier was incredible rude and cutting me off. The cashier who was supposed to help me was not even saying anything. The rude cashier went and got the manager. As she was trying to start to help me… the rude cashier cut her off and said this is this and basically don’t help her. So the manager walked away. They just didn’t say anything and said they wouldn’t help me. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve never experienced such a thing. We have been big Zara fans until today. Never going back here.

I am very angry today. I want to complain to a female manager on the first floor for her poor service. This manager must be new here. I put the bicycle in a corner and it will not affect anyone. The manager is very serious and said to me immediately. Take the bike away, I said give me 10 minutes to get the clothes and go to the counter to buy the bill and leave, she said no, I have to take it away immediately, otherwise I will throw my bike outside, where I often put it before, no one told me, now this The manager is very poor for the service

Terrible customer service.The store was a mess, and the cashier line was all the way from the back of the store to the front door. I had to wait almost 30 just to make a purchase.Poor management. They had only 2 cashiers open, and the manager didn't open any registers. She didn't even offer to help the 2 cashiers that were open.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this store. I tried on a top that I loved only to find out that it had a button hole broken and there was no other in my size in the store. They refused to give a discount and insisted I pay full price for it or don’t get it. This was extremely upsetting since I loved the top but felt like one of my favorite stores had let me down. I will not shop here again. I’m a long time Zara customer and this really upset me that they wanted me to pay full price for a broken item.

11:40am. Upper floor, Ala Moana. Standing in line to pay. Eight people ahead of me. One cashier. One female employee standing against empty clothes rack, chatting with another female employee who is holding two pairs sneakers. I'm told that if I don't wait to wait here to pay, I should go downstairs. 11:51 Five people to go. Still only one cashier. 11:59 Three people ahead of me, eight behind me. 12:10pm. At register. Cashier is the only one here busting her okole.
