Cancelled insurance policy over a month in advance before coverage even began. No update. No refund. Sent out a complaint to BBB.

Pure greed! They jacked up hurricane insurance. It literally cost as much as my home insurance, absolutely makes no sense. Luckily I found an insurer that was 3-4 times less. What's even more unacceptable is the fact that Zephyr took so long to process my cancellation and refund etc.
