We loved the experience at the goat farm. Our kids loved feeding the goats. The staff was super friendly. The caramels are some of the best I've ever had. No reservations or appointment required. Just show up and play with the goats for free. A cup of food costs only $1

What a wonderful side stop on our way to Akaka Falls! Conveniently located on the same road, which dead ends at the falls. The children had an awesome time playing the baby goats and seeing the ducks and turkeys. The goats certainly enjoy laying around and snuggling with people. They're very calm and used to people. Now, most of all! The homade goat cheeses and homemade goats milk caramels are to die for!! The owner is on-site to tell all about how the family makes the wonderful products. Yes, samples are given! I highly recommend the smoked coffee caramels and big island spice goat cheese. It does have a very small kick! Thanks again!

Definitely stop here after the falls. The baby goats and adult goats were so cute and fun to pet. Also, before you go buy some of the goat milk caramels. They are so good!

This place is absolutely precious! The baby goats are so sweet and fun to play with. The gift shop has amazing coconut sea salt goat milk candies. You can tell the goats are really loved and cared for. And they have the best view in town! lol.

Had a great time hanging out with the baby goats. They have samples of goat caramel and cream cheese. The dill goat cream cheese was delicious.

The first time I came here in early 2022 they had a recent burst of baby goats and feeding them was one of the best and funniest experiences I had in a long time--I laughed so hard, the goats were climbing all over me for food, hilarious and cute beyond description. Brought a group here recently and it was a hit with everyone: goat therapy is a must!! (Iniatially, folks weren't so enthusiastic about visiting a goat farm ("uh, okay") but that quickly changed--our visit was a highlight of the day). After sanitizing your hands (they provide the sanitizer), feed the goats with a small (2"x2") box of food for $1, but you'd probably want to do that more than once! Store has some nice goat cheeses, soaps, t-shirts, etc. for sale. Beautiful pastoral surroundings with a bit of a view of the ocean on a clear day.

This place is a GEM! The energy here is so serene and pure. The girl that worked at the front was also extremely welcoming and sweet. This is definitely a form of therapy that everyone should try! Not to mention their caramels are INSANE. I don’t like caramel but I ended up buying 4 bags because they’re that good.

This was the highlight of our Big Island trip! Just like they advertise, it is free goat therapy! They rescue goats as well! They are very kind and loving to the goats, we were able to purchase food for them for $1! It was such a wonderful experience I higly recommend visiting and donating to this wonderful place

The goat dairy is such a beautiful gem. I've lived in Hilo my whole life and have recently heard of this place through a few friends and heard many cute stories about it. The location of the goat dairy is perfect; just outside of Hilo. You can see little Honomū town, enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean, and enjoy the waterfall too. I like the story behind the business and the services they provide. Their products are very unique and there's a big variety of things to look at from food, soaps, to jewelry. Growing up I didnʻt get to raise animals, but I have friends and family that are ranchers, so getting to play with animals and feed them was something I enjoyed doing when I got the chance to. The goats are so cute and I love how excited they get when you walk through the gate. I hope to share this experience with my little cousins in the near future.
