Went into the store while in Hilo absolutely loved the wood work. I was looking for a special local gift from Hawaii for my mom the loves silver and jades. The lady showed me a a pretty necklace said it was sterling silver dipped in gold. I purchased it. When I got back home I noticed it says s-steel and its no where to be found on the web page. I looked it up online and its the same necklace on Ali Express for $1.80 and I paid almost $40. I feel dumb now! 😂 Double check when buying from here and maybe just shop for the wood items maybe those are really made locally.

I ordered the custom pyrography platter from this wonderful business. I have long since admired similar works often found in hotels and store since I was a teen. I have been to the islands many times and owning such a work has long been a dream of mine. What can I say the platter is absolutely stunning and much loved. It also arrived carefully packaged so as not to cause any damage. I would recommend this business to anyone seeking out a lovely piece of art whether from home or visiting the islands. I was not on the right island when last I visited, but next time I am I look forward to visiting in person.

Lewiskoa Co. in Hilo is a hidden gem that you won't want to miss. This store is a true treasure trove for crystal and souvenir enthusiasts. They offer an impressive selection of high-end items, making it a go-to destination for those seeking unique and premium quality products. The range of crystals available is simply mesmerizing, and it's a haven for collectors and spiritual seekers. Additionally, the souvenir options provide a wonderful way to take a piece of Hilo's charm home with you.

A beautiful new shop opened in Hilo, with amazing Koa Wood pieces. You will find artifacts, jewelry, art work and even furniture. The staff here is the kindest and a joy to speak with. The items are well priced (especially for coveted Koa wood). We came home with lovely items for ourselves and gifts. They even have the highly prized Damascus blades with Koa wood handles. I suggest taking your time here and looking in every corner. Definitely would come back here and do more shopping.

Bought the Koa Ikaika Helmet and paid $65 plus shipping. This item took 1 month to arrive! When asking for tracking info, I was sent a UPS # that showed my item arrived in SF and I don't live in SF. After asking the company why my item was sent to SF, I was advised they had sent me the wrong tracking # and was finally sent an email with correct tracking info. The item finally arrived 3-4 days later in a crushed box. Thankfully the item was not damaged but the Ikaika should have been bubble wrapped or better packed. Once I opened it, I was further disappointed by the size, as it was much smaller than I expected. It will still hang in my car b/c it is beautiful, however, I just wish I had a better experience with this company. I will NOT be recommending them or ordering anything in the future.

We recently had LewisKoa Co create a Koa urn for us. My wife and I love the islands and we recently lost our Golden Retriever McGee. We had him cremated and we were looking for a koa urn. LewisKoa Co by far delivered! It was such as easy process from start to finish and we were able to do it all remotely. Thank you for the amazing craftsmanship, respect, and communication. We were absolutely amazed with the urn and are so proud of the piece. We will be returning customers for sure.

Poor communication, had to email constantly to find out about my order, when the order arrived the lamp socket was smashed crushed- I knew I would have to deal with this kind of customer service in that one horse town Save your money, avoid- no response from the company - I would have given zero stars but that is not an option- Customer

My wife and I recently purchased a little koa wood stand and had it shipped. The stand is beautiful and the packing was exceptional. We will be stopping by again this year to see what else they have.
