Still waiting for car service.No lunch, no visit to other sites in Maui, and we may need to give our friends a lift to the airport later on to night. Still dangerous. Bad service.The car may need to be towed.Problem noticed at 11:00AM. It is now 2:45 PM.

Our flight was going to be landing past the office hours. After our request, they kept the office open in order for us to pick up our vehicle. This was very important as there are limited options for car rentals and taxi services. They were very efficient and courteous.Upon return of the vehicle, they were efficient and courteous again. They informed us of the extra charges for fuel and emailed me a copy of the final bill including all charges. Easy in and out. Mahalo.

The personal at the airport was very nice BUT i had an issue with my car and had to call the hotline. As a non english speaker I don't know vocabulary especially for cars. This guy on the phone was so rude and didn't help me just repeated the words i did not understand. Also he sent the help to the hotel adress, i told him a couple of time, that I am not located at my hotel. I am not a bad english speaker btw. As we were done u had a last question but he was annoyed by me not understanding and having questions he just hung up. I mean for example I said, i am at the carpark and he answered, are you parking at the road? I said, no, i am at the carpark. And he got angry and asking me again if i am on the road. I have plenty of patience but that is not how you treat a customer and also not a random person.

Customer service was very nice! However, the car was very dirty and had a smell.. Never had a rental car that dirty and covered inside with red dirt and dust.

It was our fist time visiting the island and the staff were all super friendly! They gave me a list of places to visit and top restaurants on the island and gave me different options for my rental at no additional cost. They let me know that most of the businesses are in the small downtown area and when returning the car, to make sure to get gas prior to heading back to the airport because there are no gas stations in the airport area. Returning the car was also super easy. We had actually already flown back to Maui before I realized I must have left my sunglasses in the car. I debated if I should call them or not, already assuming I had no hope of getting my sunglasses back unless I flew back to the island. Glad I called them because they were able to send my sunglasses on one of the planes and I was able to pick them up the same day i called! How awesome is that? Anyways, thank you very much for your help! Mahalo

Be careful!!! There are working thieves and deceivers! Avoid renting from them!!!!!! THIEVERS AND DECEIVERS !!!So I was renting the car.I was in the rush and left my small bag on the back seat. Remembered in couple minutes. Run back there and they told me nothing was there.. I went to a manager and HE WASN’T HELPFUL AT ALL!!! he was keeping telling me we are not responsible for the items left in the car….WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!Avoid them!! Better to use another company.

Molokai has excellent beaches. As a result, there was sand on the floor matt. Unfortunately, i spilled coffe and had coffee stains on the outside door handle. This could have been washed off with just water. Just a few drops trickling down the door exterior handle and below. I personally made an effort to clean the sand as best as I could but it needed vacuuming. I did not have access to one. I was billed extra 173$ for cleaning sand-5 minutes and a car wash which should be literally a norm between two reservations. Alamo Molokai is billing the customer for cleanups that should be part of the norm between two bookings. That is disappointing.09/13/22. This is an update to the response from Alamo. Nobody from the branch has reached out to me and I have been told by Alamo to assume that the cleaning fees would not be refunded if the branch decides not to respond. And I can forget about it.Just to highlight the fact that the response from Alamo isn't to be taken seriously.

We rented a 4wd Jeep Wrangler on the island of Molokai. The two-door that we reserved was not available, so we were upgraded to the 4-door version at no additional cost. The car was clean and just what we needed for our couple days on the island.

Friendly staff and sociable. My flight arrived early in the morning before Alamo opened. The receptionist was kind enough to let me in to retrieve my rental prior to business hours opening. When returning the rental the cleaning crew and receptionists (different from the morning) we're all wonderful and friendly.

What a great way to start and end our trip to Molokai! Amazing people work for this company and live on the Island. Respect the locals and take care of their land and they will show you the same respect back.
