“Our flight was going to be landing past the office hours. After our request, they kept the office open in order for us to pick up our vehicle. This was very important as there are limited options for car rentals and taxi services. They were very efficient and courteous.Upon return of the vehicle, they were efficient and courteous again. They informed us of the extra charges for fuel and emailed me a copy of the final bill including all charges. Easy in and out. Mahalo.”
