Fifth update, make sure you fill out a ICE card online to make sure they have some official documentation.
This place is still poorly run/maintained and managed. Also critically think, many of these reviews are vague or have nothing written etc. They have worked hard to pad their reviews. Imagine if they urged all their happy customers to fill out a ICE card! They are known to dispose written feedbacks, so make sure you do ICE feedback online.
Anything more complicated than a oil change, alternator etc and you are going to need to bring your own tools.
The Schofield facility is better run, the shop is maintained to a much higher level, better equipped with serviceable tools. And the staff there is wonderful.
Fourth update, no changes.
The Navy definitely doesn't run Auto hobby as well as Air Force does.
Six month follow up, not a Fluke the Navy definitely doesn't compare to Air Force auto hobby programs. The member card is dumb, it's something they are capable of tracking in their system.... It's paper and easily gets damaged and the staff definitely lets you know that you have inconvenienced them when you need to replace it.
Despite having many open bays they either are out of service or wouldn't let you use them. Capacity and amenities/ tools are lacking. Please put the AF in charge and update this program. Usage numbers are skewed when the amenities are unavailable.

Been going here since 2020 to do all my vehicle repairs and maintenance. Prices are really affordable to rent a bay per hour to do repairs ($5-$8 an hour). They have flat stalls, four post lift stalls and drive on lift stalls. If you don't di ish a repair you can pay a flat fee to leave overnight and pick back up tomorrow. Haven't ran into a tool I needed that they didn't have. Highly reccomend. Ase certified employees to assist if you run Into a jam. Of last note, the people who work there are human as well, not robots or doormats. Treat them with humility, it goes a long way.

Significantly below average customer service and overall management. Unwilling to help customers schedule appointments in person "because it's all done online" and have shackled themselves to excuses vice common sense.
For a military service, I expected more than what the Auto Center offers, and you are much better going out in town where customer service and a friendly attitude go a long way.

My Son and I replaced the sway bar links on his 2011 Sonata for less than $100 including lift stall time. The staff was friendly, efficient at processing us in and helpfu with any technical questions we had. Excellent value for service provided.

This place is great! The guys that work here are super helpful, and knowledgeable. Just a not, for rotor turning, they do turn them, but don’t turn slotted/drilled rotors, but they can def recommend places that can for you.

Dont expect this place to accommodate in anyway if anything in life happens to where you cant make your scheduled appointment. Lets say you have a death in the family, or get called into work unexpectedly, they will not do it early even if they have no active maintenance going on and are all sitting in the office doing nothing. Oh, dont forget to bring your appointment verification or they will turn you away because they have no way of tracking when you booked your appointment through their business.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They guide you through the sign up process and are able to help when you need them to. The bays are clean and function as intended and they have the tools for you to use as well

The people working here don't follow their own policies and then rude about it when you challenge them on it. They pick and choose if they want to be helpful.
