I don't know why this pharmacy has bad reviews because the workers here were much friendlier than the pharm technicians at the Hickam Pharmacy. I came in less than an hour before closing and they were able to prepare all three of my medications. I will be going here again and recommending my family members to come here also.

Like the other reviews, this location can be very busy, but relatively efficiently run. Customer service could be improved as they need to understand that people just don’t show up at the pharmacy because they have nothing to do, they show up because they need pharmaceuticals and information.Like most if not all pharmacies on island, they use an automated system to place prescription orders; unfortunately, there is NO WAY to know if they actually have the item available until you arrive, pull a ticket, then way ONLY to be told that they don’t have it.Not the fault of the folks at the window servicing the customer, just an observation and experience that has occurred several times.

The absolute laziest pharmacy, tried to get a Rx transferred over to Longs drugs but they said they don't have a direct line for the Longs drugs pharmacist to reach them but all clinics there do (I worked here for years). So both pharmacies start playing the "they need to contact me first" game that sends you in loops. NHCH pharmacy won't call Longs and Longs can't get through the phone tree. Miserable! They definitely are not willing to help their patients.

Completely useless staff. Every time I have anything prescribed, it will at least be an hour wait. I would avoid this place and strongly recommend that your prescriptions be sent elsewhere.

There is absolutely no reason I should have to wait over 2 months just to see my PCM for a 15 minute appointment. Total BS!

The worst customer service by far If you need and example of gas lighting by all means come here and you'll get it My shout out is to the GOLD team what a complete A holes!!! Just stay away I'm so sorry for all my active duty military that have to stay with the shitty "health care" they force you to get. Shut this place down already!

As mentionned in a previous comment it closes before 1730, contrary to what's written on google maps. For the clarity and organisation of everyone, they could change the google map hours. It doesn't require a lot to do that.

their phone answering service is extremely difficult to navigate, and 4/5 times it just drops the call. Pharmacist is to lazy to take verbal orders, and tries to force you to make the patient hand carry controlled substance prescriptions in, which causes a lot of issues during COVID, as patient's refuse to go to medical facilities due to COVID.
