The dentist said my children had more than 5 cavities each--and that appointments were needed to have them corrected (reasonable). When my wife returned for the fillings, they would only do one at a time, were inconsistent with how many cavities were there, and were insulting towards our parenting. They additionally wanted to run a credit check just to have work done that is covered by my insurance.
We refused to continue care here, and when we went to a new dentist they did not find any cavities and said my children's teeth are in excellent health.
I hope people go get another opinion before getting work done here, the dentistry practices were subpar in our experience.

**Don’t waste your time and don’t see Vanessa Lee**This place is a joke. I went in for because I had bronchitis or Covid symptoms and all they did was check my breathing from my car. Furthermore, they didn’t check for viruses or take other vital signs which any other place would do. All they did was prescribe me a cough suppressant. Needless to say I left not knowing what I had while my symptoms continued. I ended up seeking treatment somewhere else.

Possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office. Went in for hives on my torso I believed was an allergic reaction to hay and they were so rushed. They went so fast I couldn't even catch my Dr/PA's name. I don't even know which it was! She came in and aggressively asked me why I was there and talked to me like I was wasting her time and when I told her about the hives she told me to show her and then demanded I take my shirt off. I did and once she was done looking at the hives she never said I could put it on so I (female) stood there without my shirt as she talked to me about what she wanted to do. Then she rudely told me about the prescription and how it's a steroid and if I keep being around horses (my happy place) we were gonna have a problem. She then jotted down some notes and then rushed out of the room. She was in and out in 5 minutes and I had some other concerns but she was in such a hurry I didn't bother to bring them up. I worked as a CNA in a hospital during peak of COVID and I now work as a vet tech and so I understand medicine and bedside manner and that was so unprofessional and luckily I'm not afraid of doctors offices because had that been anyone else that would have been traumatic. I'm really disappointed in the way they treated me and I really wont be going back in the future.

Basic care for emergencies. Good. Go to Mainland for a good dentist. I had braces now I look like trailer trash One visit. Reached out to manager concerned about to mail doctors completely ignored. Got very sick because doctors were not providing proper care ended up in hospital multiple times when could've been treated at the clinic in one visit. Choose them for what you need but stay the course and stand your ground. Leave it at that

Hey doesn't this look like someone's house? It is a small clinic across the road from Kahuki Hospital, providing every day care with Drs and a Nurse Practitioner, pharmacy on site. Labs and x-rays are done at hospital.

Absolutely love the staff they are amazing. Everything we need and questions all get answered in a timely manner and with urgency. I am so thankful ? that I can take my keki for visits and they are well taken care of thank you John for always helping with my husband's appointments your awesome.

Ive been with Ko'olauloa Health Center for over 5 years. I never had problem with the nurses or receptionists, all very helpful & supportive. I am upset with one of their doctors who seems lost. This is my 3rd time seeing her for the same issue, if she had done the first thing that she was suppose to do the first time then i wouldnt have to walk all the way to the clinic today. After this visit, i am changing doctors. She also does not know how to do Tele Health which would be helpful...Im just disappointed.
