I've been coming to Sally's for more than 15 years. Since she retired the New Owners are clueless on how to run a business. I live in Hauula and will take a trip to Kahuku feed store to pick up chicken scratch, dog products etc. I usually will call them before I leave to make sure they are open. This is why the One Star. They NEVER ANSWER their business phone and there is no message. On days I know they are open and they don't answer their phone I will drive down to Kahuku anyway, sometimes I get lucky and they are open, but days like today, they are closed even though they're hours are hosted. Seems to me this New Owner shows No Aloha to those many patrons
