Dishonest employees. Marked our packages up and lied about the weight and cheapest shipping options. Told him a few times to ship items out the cheapest and he did not. We went back and caught him in the lie and dishonesty and refunded us for the packages we were sure he lied about.

Best post office service on the planet. Great people and most the time no lines. Check the hours first they have limited hour with a lunch break. This please again is the very best post office in America.

I wish I didn't get other people's mail in my mailbox?. Also some of my mail ended up in my neighbor's mailbox but he was kind enough to return it to ours.

Professional service and nice employees. Was able to get everything I needed set up and is a breeze to pick up packages when they can't fit in the mailbox. Does require an I'd to pick anything up but otherwise is pretty good.

Yelp needs to update their hours. I had gone around 11:50 am today thinking they will still be open. I had to drop off a big box to mail but I soon as I got there, they're closed! I saw their sign with the hours stating they close 11:30 am instead of 12 pm which is what I have seen on yelp when searching their hours.

I have had a number of problems with this PO. 1. They incorrectly assessed the postage required for a package which was time sensitive and of course arrived 'returned' well after the deadline. 2. I had placed mail in the exterior post box for property tax payment only to find out after paying a $250 late payment fine that the box would NOT be emptied until the next day. When I complained to the Post Master that a notice should have been posted on this mailbox given that it was a deadline date for tax payment he responded that it was not his concern since he was only interested in Federal deadlines and this was a State deadline. I pointed out to him that he was in fact IN Hawaii his customers were State residents and that the other PO always posted a courtesy note on their boxes. So I don't recommend this PO, use the Hauula one instead. It should be closed or the the Post Master sent back to customer service school.
