These folks are truly Pono. I had a programming issue with a blind (I messed it up) that they installed several years ago and they came out & fixed it for free. They put in shutters and other blinds several years ago & everything has been great. They understand service.

Needed to shop for flooring for a remodel we were doing. We went to Ceramic Tile Plus for tiles, and found Abbey Carpet sharing the same space with them. The salesman, JR Ferguson, helped us immensely with our needs for choosing wood floors and explained the process and lead times for delivery to these remote islands. JR even helped us order our Hunter Douglas plantation shutters, which capped off our remodel. JR came to our house to properly measure all our windows and doors for a perfect fit. We are now in the process of ordering more shutters for the downstairs space to complete our remodel. Thanks JR for your great support and help.

Great experience. JR and Joanne made the process simple. We did it all from the Mainland. We went to an Abby Carpet location near us and picked out the carpet with JR’s help. Joanne did the scheduling with our management.

The staff was helpful and responsive; the installers did a terrific job (and worked quickly!). The quality of the result was outstanding. We had vinyl plank flooring installed. Thank you Abbey Carpet! We purchased window blinds from them 4 years ago, which is why we used them for the flooring.

I needed a quick job in order to close a sale on a condo. I had used Abbey before and had been very satisfied with the finished product. The great staff at Abbey were able to extend the flooring they had done for me into another room to satisfy the buyer. This was done quickly and at a great price.
