One of the best health food stores on island, and also has a healthy breakfast and lunch menu. Even better they have an app you can place orders on for less waiting.

Cafe has excellent fish bowls w/lots of veggies, sauce makes it all taste great. Supplement selection best on Maui, shut out to Tiana and Gabby for their product knowledge and friendly service.

Sandwiches are really awesome, fish or chicken with fresh vegetables in them. I also get the Mac Crack Fish Bowl and Lemongrass Chicken when I'm working in town. While I'm getting lunch I always get my regular supplements or learn about new ones, Tiana and Gabriella are awesome wahines with upbeat energy every time I come in. I look forward to my work days in town and coming into Alive and Well for lunch.

Hidden inside Alive and Well grocery store, lies the crown jewel of Kahului. Broth offers choices for all diets, from fresh cold pressed juices, spring rolls, to meaty sandwiches and healthy sweet treats, you're sure to find something for everyone at Broth. My favorite is the fish sandwich, which I could eat everyday, but unfortunately they are only open 6 days a week. It is my favorite place to eat in town.

I'm very happy this place isn't strictly vegan! I love the Mac Crack Fish Bowl and Lemongrass Chicken. The sandwiches are also great remind me of Ba-Le , only better. Thanks to Tiana, I switched buying my workout supplements from GMC to here- she's very knowledgeable, helpfuland looks great--the proof is in the pudding.

There are very few places to get a healthy meal in Central Maui, but here is one worth going to.
My go to are usually the DJ blast smoothie and an Avocado summer roll with peanut sauce. Can't go wrong there.
The offer great juices and cleanses as well as salads and plate lunches.
My last visit I tried their Miso Ramen and fish sandwich. Unfortunately, was starving and taking a picture was last on my mind. But take my word it was delicious.
Prices are high for the size of what you get, but having a small locally owned business in Hawaii is not easy. Support local when you can.

Loved the Island Greens smoothie, I came for 4 days straight for it!! Had their Lemongrass chicken bowl which was extremely dry.
Avoid the bowls, get the smoothies & shoutout to the amazing staff - they were so kind :)

So delicious! The pressed juice was some of the best I've ever had and the lemongrass chicken sandwich was superlative. So happy I found this place and I I'll definitely be a regular going forward.

I've appreciated Dennis's help for years. Unfortunately off island during Covid, and I want to say thank you to Gabby! Over the phone she helped me get my Alive and Well favorites. Her aloha spirit and exemplary customer service almost brought me to tears. I miss Alive and Well and can't wait to come back!

Stopped by the Broth cafe in this health food store on a whim and I think it’s my favorite meal so far. We had the pork bone broth ramen with soba and tofu (great texture in tofu, flavorful broth that is soaked right up by the noodles) and mac crack fish bowl (best cooked fish we’ve had in Hawaii) and the mango Pono Pie (tastes just like mango pudding but healthier). The only thing we didn’t love as much was the lilikoi lemonade as it was very tart. We will be back before we leave!
