What a great place!! You honestly can't ask for more from a CF box. They have incredibly friendly staff members and athletes, and huge space with lots of equipment. It's always nice when CF gyms have open gym for people that want to continue doing their own thing too. I was greeted the moment I walked in and Frank made sure that I had everything I needed for my own workout. I was even asked if I wanted to hop in their competitor track workout which a bunch of them were about to do. It just shows how welcoming the community is. I also had some great conversations with Jimmy who I believe is the owner of the place. He was also very welcoming and asking about my own fitness journey, and constantly coaching the athletes in his gym even though he was working out and it was open gym so he had no obligation to coach. When the owner sets the example and tone, you already know it will trickle down into the rest of the community. Thank you for the experience Aloha CF!

Friendly atmosphere and there more then happy to work with you. It's worth your time and effort. Talk to Shyla or Jordan they worked with my sisters and I. We started slowly and now at week four we are feeling stronger and we have more energy. They have classes weekly or you can do your own thing.

We have family on the island and my husband has been dropping into this box for a few years when we come. I joined him this time, along with our two kids. The Aloha CrossFit team is awesome. They are so welcoming and the workout was just what I needed on this trip. Our kids joined us for stretching and everyone was super kind about us having them there. I wish I lived here just to keep coming to Aloha CrossFit. Such a great place. I highly recommend it.

Was on island and dropped in with my boyfriend, who is a CrossFitter. I do not do CrossFit but Frank was awesome and let me do my own workout while they completed their WOD. I found all the equipment and weights easily and set up a little area for myself in the back. Everyone I talked to was really nice. Thank you Frank and all of the fit friends for making me feel welcome and comfortable.

I came to Maui for vacation and wanted to get a quick drop In WOD and I'm glad I did. The people were great! Everyone was beyond welcoming and the coach, Frank, made me feel as if I was really a part of the gym. Whenever I come back to the area, I'll be sure to visit!

Aloha Crossfit provides fitness for everyone- from the stay at home mom with a newborn, to the competitive athlete. Be accountable for your fitness and let the coaches at Aloha Crossfit help guide you. The coaches and athletes are very welcoming. The box is clean and very roomy. There are bathrooms with showers, which is a huge win! The convenient central Maui location is a plus. I am thankful that I decided to give crossfit a try. Aloha Crossfit has transformed my life!
