Just plain awful. Sure, specifically- never return phone calls or answer the phone. Don't care about owners. Sales process was painful. In the end they didn't even do what they said and had to refund me directly meaning I'm paying interest on their mistake. And would have just taken the money had I not combed through the paperwork. Had tax as honolulu, just unprofessional and Un responsive once they had signed contract. If I had a time machine, I would not have purchased Kia to avoid this place.

Great experience at the Kia in Kahului. Worked with Ty and she understood what I was looking for. No pressure was put on me and I'm glad I went there.

AVOID BUYING A KIA from anywhere but especially here.I was promised reimbursement for my rental I had while my car was unusable waiting NINE MONTHS for a battery. Now THREE MONTHS after repair was finally made, still have NOT been reimbursed.No one EVER answers the phone or emails.I RUE the day I bought a Kia. And this dealership will make you know the opposite of aloha ALL DAY EVERYDAY. I will not stop until they do the right thing.AVOID.

I am very new to Aloha Kia but I was referred to them by a couple of coworkers because I needed a safer and more reliable vehicle for my new baby on the way. The process was so easy. They answered all of my questions and everyone was so nice. I ended up getting a kia soul and I am in love so far especially with how much i am saving on gas now. I'd like to send a huge mahalo out to Ty (Tylene) who wasnt a pushy car sales woman, who worked with me and listened to all of my cares and concerns and continues to do so. I was so apprehensive at first but she made this process so easy for me and she exudes aloha. The great reviews are accurate. Check them out for sure.

At Aloha Kia Maui, the customer service I received was top notch; by far the BEST I've ever had. I highly recommend going to see Jonnie, as he was very knowledgeable and made my shopping experience fun and simple. He was patient and easy to work with; pressure-free. Both Jonnie and Rem were able to help me pick out the perfect vehicle, which exceeded my expectations.

Being my first time in buying a car, this dealership is the best one to pick when it comes to great service, friendly staff, and easy checkout because they take care the rest for you ,especially Vee who was there to help me understand each detail of the process. I would recommend my family and friends to FIRST check this Dealership first because they are the BEST!!??????

I purchased a 2022 Kia Soul from this dealership. They are very nice - when you're buying but once the deal is done, be prepared for a different experience. A few months after my purchase, the vehicle had a minor repair issue and that's when the people at Kia Maui showed their true colors. The issue was minor (needed a new tire), but I was unable to drive the car until it was addressed. The service department refused to help telling me I could "leave the car all day with them and they MIGHT be able to put a new tire on, or not". I purchased this car thinking it had a good warranty and a local service department that I could take my car to if needed. Now, after the fact, finding out that they won't be able to schedule a repair at all, is quite an unpleasant surprise. Will never do business with Kia Maui again.

Everything was great and went super smoothly. From my first contacts, to my purchase experience with Tylene assisting me with the purchase of my Kia Forte was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I'd definitely go back again.

Scheduled an oil changed at 8:30am on a Friday. When I pulled in everything was labeled and very straight forward. Walked into the service room and was helped right away. The gentlemen told me I could wait and that it might be an hour to an hour and a half. I waited in the outside waiting area and saw that they had already lifted my car to be serviced. So quick! They were finished servicing by 9:10am and then gave me a complimentary hand car wash that took about 20 minutes. I was out of there by 9:40 I was quite surprised at how quick they were and everyone here were so friendly and showed so much aloha! Mahalo nui!

Such a good service I haven't seen in a while.The person who welcome me was right to the point and kept me updated at all time.I went for a recall and a few other things, the team was very flexible as I recalled I have other things to fix and they were very helpful fixing other required recalls I wasn't aware of.

Everyone was nice until the deal was done. Our car was leased, we returned early because we moved back to the mainland. At the end of the day, we were told by the financial manager (I believe his name was Philip) they were going to send us a check because the Kia Sorrento we returned was worth more so there was a balanced. It’s been more than 10 weeks and nothing from Kia. We called constantly just looking for answers. We understand just this process might take some time, but the simple fact we can’t get a hold of Phillip and now Kia in Maui now sends us straight to voicemail. All we want is an explanation, a call back, some sort of good service. Nothing!!! We’ve been with Kia for ever a decade and this is how Kia treats a long term customer? Imagine how they treat new customers. Of course before they get your money, they will answer any questions you have, but once they have your sale/commission, they Ghost you! Especially Phillip the financial manager.
