Had a pretty disappointing experience today, the staff’s customer service is non existent. I left feeling unwelcome and don’t really want to go back. I don’t think it’s the staffs fault entirely the mall is in a dire state, but it would be nice for them to put more effort into their customers.

Love , Love , Love the Staff !! My shopping experience was soo awesome ! Bought a bunch of stuff that I would not have bought without Vance helping me ! Got me right sizes and was super patient and professional ! Im in my 50ies and still remember when customer service was the thing to expect and Vance made it happen ! Thankyou Vance !

American Eagle has beautiful clothes but the employees could be nicer. Most of the time when I walk in they just stare at me and don't say hello. They also don't ask if you need help.

This place is awesome! I buy boxers from this place. I think it usually buy one get the other half off most of the time. Good quality stuff that last a long time. Good selection of men's belts. Kind of cool t-shirts in plenty of colors. I noticed that most of their pants/jeans are made for skinny guys. If you wear a size 36 or above and weigh more then 225 forget it. Not the place to buy Jean's. Shorts are cool though plenty of sizes and even camo and stuff. Really friendly and extremely helpful staff "always". I like this place and reccomend it.

as long as this store was located in the Queen Kaahumanu mall... I never bought something from there until now. Haha They have good quality clothes as a somewhat reasonable price. Each employee acknowledged me and asked if I needed any help with anything(I appreciate that). I wanted a medium but there was only a large so I asked the kind gentleman and said he'll look online!! I didn't know they do that hahaha long story short, I purchased it last Wednesday and it arrived today. Plan to spend my money there again!

Well stocked with the latest fashions for women and men. This shop at the Queen Kaahumanu Center is located in the wing with Macy's and many other clothing stores so it's easy to hit them all up at once. Too much polyester if you ask me but that's the trend in clothing these days, even though here in Hawaii it's not a sensible choice.
