Do not let Dan order anything for you as he makes mistakes and doesn’t ask the proper questions to complete an order correctly to the customers instructions.Use Dylan. I’m sorry he was on vacation when I visited the store to order Apple Watch.

My wife and I needed to replace phones and purchase new iPads, we budgeted the entire day expecting drudgery and apathetic service. That’s because we’re used to another carrier! AT&T in this store at the Queen Kaahumanu Center are the kings of customer service, specifically Joey Fray and Brock Agarpao. These guys were so helpful and friendly, they listened to what we needed and got us EVERYTHING in a very short time. Just an outstanding and satisfying experience, Joey and Brock are the reason we will stay with AT&T for the foreseeable future. We wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend this store and these salespeople.

They enjoy scamming you. I bought a $40 screen protector here and was promised a free replacement when it breaks. I came back for the free replacement months later, gave the phone number that I used when I had purchased the screen protector, and they were unable to find my previous purchase. The only way I could get the replacement was if I still had my receipt (yeah like I would have that almost a year later). Rude service as well from most of the employees here, they're all just looking to get the most sales so they can get their greedy bonuses. OH! and they definitely don't care about good customer service. Don't support this AT&T store. :)

For starters I needed to drive to the store to activate my replacement phone only because you couldn't do it over the phone! You should look at sending that one time pin code via email for people who only have one phone on their account! Considering my phone was destroyed by the Lahaina fire, telling me "you understand how I feel" is not something to say when you cannot help me! Walking into your store, being told someone will be with me as soon as they are free and then observing 3 employees gathering at one table talking while I'm waiting was not pleasant at all! I get it you must help 20-40 customers activate their phone but you see each person who walks in doesn't know what you just did nor is it their business but it is YOUR job to treat each of us like we are your first customer of the day! As for your employees who want "hang out" in the front area, take it in the back so customers don't think you prefer to talk to each other instead of doing your job!

Best service by Daniel Wright! We lost our home in Lahaina fire and needed phone help and supplies from Att. Daniel gave us superb customer service with knowledge and humor- likely the most personable sales service from a stranger we have had- extremely appreciated at this difficult time for everyone on Maui. Mahalo!

ATT employee shout out to Van. Van and I have been taking care of my ATT account for the last 2 years. Van is knowledgeable and patient. Very Helpful and Patient. Rylynn was super calm, helpful and patient through out a big problem i had transferring my number over. Him and the manger went out of their way to be attentive and persistent to get the problem successfully resolved. Thank you so much.
