I live on the island of Oahu and my mom called me saying her car won't start and it's stuck. I called my moms insurance company to get a tow for her. 4 different towing companies said no and then we got to the 5th one and it was beach country towing and they said yes to help out. Can't remember braddahs name but he took the time to help my mom out and got her car starter for her. And took the time to call me to let me know what happened. He did not have to do that but he did and I appreciate it and I would give him 10 stars if can but no can. We should have more people like him and company's like this. Thanks so much recommend these guys 100 percent.

If we could give a zero-star review, we would. Our party of four were verbally harassed and threatened by the staff at this “business”.The “manager” had animals tied up on the property that did not look like they’d been cared for at all. Ever. (It was a very hot day, and the dogs were locked within a closed up van, and barking like crazy.)He also told us that if we didn’t get off of his property (we were trying to pay for the release of our vehicle,) we didn’t “want to know what his dogs would do” to us.We were not only treated rudely by the staff, but also by a random man, who apparently was not a staff member, but was hauling items into the property.We were informed by multiple locals and guides that this business preys on tourists who miss the (almost non-existent) signage in the harbors.Super neat. 0/10

This by far the best tow company on island. They they care about what happens in the community and it shows in how they treat people.

Because of my honest mistake in being in a hurry to catch the boat, I forgot to pay at Maalaea. I have a 1 yr old and forgot my ID. I ran to the boat to ensure I'd still be let on the tour. They let us on and we left. When I got back, my car was gone. My baby and I had to walk to the nearest restaurant to grab some cash because this company doesn't take cards. Obviously, they were losing all their card disputes. They said dispatch would call me to give me an address to pick up my car. I ended up having to call them back. Again, my baby and I waiting outside with no supplies in the sun as everything was in the car. We finally get there via Uber and some of my stuff was missing. Not only that, I called them out and they just mocked us as we drove off. DO BETTER. Can't recommend.
