The technician in this Clinic Maxine was absolutely amazing I hardly felt anything at all when she drew blood my past experience has been absolutely horrible considering that I have very small veins and it's always been a problem with every technician to try to draw blood from me so it was a relief to find an experience technician that withdrew blood and virtually pain-free and I am grateful and appreciate very much

Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Usually the service is great here that is why I try to go here. I think Diagnostics Lab maybe a better choice from now on.

Walked in and was greeted by a receptionist she was friendly asked if I had breakfast I said nope. I walked in at 815am checked in and was asked too be seated. Okay no problem I will wait a few minutes before being seen. This is where I got upset there were people behind me who came in after me, the lady from the back came to help the receptionist (the one who takes your blood) why is she helping her? I don't have all day I have an appt. Next door in 15 minutes. She starts to check 3 people in after me. Finally at 835 20 minutes after I walk in and nobody ahead of me I was seen. Wtheck? I know sometimes it can be a while but not when your the only one the at first. Well she was good because I didn't even feel a thing I can give her credit for that. But this clinical labs takes a while. Be prepared to wait. But I still give them a 4 outta 5 star.

This location in the new One Hana Highway building (same parking lot as Mercedes Benz) is their newest location, and conveniently in the same building as Maui Medical Group's new Kahului location. Parking is free and plentiful with easy access to major roads. There's a small waiting area and a few private rooms where they draw blood. I checked in and was taken back in about 5 minutes. Mind you I did my labs at 10am, long after the rush of early morning donors. Quick, convenient, friendly service.
