Unprofessional receptionist. Change the older lady with the glasses, too much attitude like who made you mad now you gotta put it on the patients. You’re the first point of contact and your customer service sucks!

I was in twice this week. Past 3 yrs i get all my lab work done here. Every single time i go the gals in here are always very nice. The ones that take blood or give shots are so cheerful. They seem to be nice no matter when i go.

The clinic is great, but the website scheduling is worse than poor and needs serious revision. 1. While searching for an open time, the website times out. It timed out repeatedly on me, including when I was finally 99% done, the form filled out and was about to push the final Done button. 2. To get a cellphone confirmation, you must verify your cellphone. This probably works for most people, but for those of us scheduling when we are no in cell range, it fails. It assumes you have a cellphone and has no accommodation for land lines ... some of us in Hawaii live out of range. 3. Several locations show only an empty screen when you choose that location and \\\"Schedule.\\\" It should disable the Schedule button if there is no online scheduling for that location. When I called the location they said \\\"use the quick and easy online scheduling.\\\" If only. 4. Scheduling an appointment with a human was never anywhere near this difficult!

The people working here were so helpful and patient. I’m not a fan of needles and have difficult to work with veins but they did great and were so helpful! I really appreciate their care and would definitely recommend this location!

Me and my boy friend travel a lot and we have to go to clinical laboratories to do our pre travel covid test and we've gone to other locations like kona and are always treated with great customer service. Well at this location (Lono avenue) in Kahului in January 21,2021 we arrived and pulled a number. My boyfriend got called first and he went up to the counter and was called by a lady named flora- I think (Asian middle aged lady with high-lighted hair and glasses) who was extremely rude and just seemed overwhelmed checking people in when there was like 4 people waiting including us. Her initials on our receipt was L.B. We don't appreciate this because we are paying $300 for our tests which ain't cheap and would appreciate some great customer service. The two people that took us in to do our covid tests were very friendly and helpful that's why I put 2 stars for them. Just a suggestion for the front lady if you don't like your job quit because there are a lot of people that need jobs.

Writing as a person who is VERY afraid of needles, my blood test today was so fast, so easy, so PAINLESS that I left the clinic wondering why I am soooo scared to have blood drawn. I had an appointment, was called early, immediately taken into a room, and was back in my car about 5 minutes later. And.....I do not have a mark or bruise on my arm. The gentleman who took blood, though not overly friendly, was professional and seemed to care that I was afraid.

This location is in the Lono Center near Casanova's, the Kahului Public Library, and Cupies. Staff here are professional, I've never had any issues since I started coming here. From the front desk to the staff that administer the tests they're efficient and do their best to get folks on their way. Waiting room at this Clinical Labs is fairly large. What I enjoy is that the they've got two seats in this office leave you ample space to sit. You immediately walk in and head straight to the check in desk. Be sure to have your insurance and ID ready at hand and then you have a seat as you wait. When they're done with your information they'll return your cards to you. Don't be alarmed if staff ask about fasting, it's par for the course - so if you didn't need to fast for your tests it's okay. Clarifying what type of service you need is helpful too whether or not you're dropping off a sample or coming in for a test ordered by your care provider. They do have water available for the patients, which is cold - yay. While they do have restrooms they are for patient use only. Parking is shared on the lot but the parking lot area is large. However, during lunch hours I've noticed that it can be packed if you're trying to get a stall close to the front area.

Excellent service all round. The receptionist was welcoming and kind. But, with a history of 'runaway' veins, I was very nervous about having blood taken - past history has seen me stuck so many times that I was fainting. NOT here, the phlebotomist, Grace was aptly named, so expertly drew blood that I hardly noticed it. I am so thankful for this teams professionalism. Mahalo!

This location was super clean, and the front desk and phlebotomist that saw me today were extremely professional and warm. I was in and out in 5 minutes, and only got stuck once. Even though it's raining outside, thank you both for the “sunshine†you brought to start my day. P.S. Sorry for chewing gum when I was supposed to be fasting :)

Called to confirm they have my lab order that my doctor office sent over and received a voicemail stating, "we are busy with another patient; you CAN NOT leave a message, call back at another time." Really? What HORRIFIC customer service. Only in Hawaii would a facility like this remain open in business.
