Crystal Dreams is the shop I go for crystals, incense, and gifts. They have a large selection of jewelry as well. The shopkeepers are very friendly and provide good recommendations on the items I am going to purchase.

What used to be a one-of-a-kind kiosk store by guri guri with crystals, jewelry and collectible gift items has changed to more tourist merchandise. Owners have changed throughout the years. The current owner is usually in the back watching k-dramas, but she will come to help if you initiate. The 1 worker has zero personality, customer service skills and will not approach and ask if you need help or if you want to see an item despite no one else in the store and you clearly are waiting for help. This is unfortunate because there are still some nice crystal items and jewelry. I just don’t think as the customer I should have to hustle for your help so I can spend my money at your store. I rarely go to this store anymore.

Very cool shop selling all kinds of crystals, jewelry, dream catchers, and souvenirs. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive!

Hello,Customer Services was horrible I look this establishment up on google. I am visiting from the main land. ( Georgia) Upon entering staff was on the phone talking for about 2mins I was waiting patiently when another customer enter she looked over me and ask that customer do you need any help. This is what we doing now. Customer Service Please somebody come help….

I am very surprised by the low ratings. I have been to so many crystal shops and I was surprised by the collection here. So many beautiful and unique pieces! Prices are also not outrageous or anything and are very comparable to other shops I've been to in the states. Would definitely recommend.

I went for the first time today and I didn't experience the owner being rude to other people at all. She was very nice and helpful to me and the customers in the store .
