Great place to store very easy process and the other day Travers helped me find a unit didn’t get to rent yet but he walked me through everything and made it seem so easy kudos to that man for being so kind, caring and understanding for customers needs when they really needed it the most

Extra Space Storage in Kahului is awesome!!!
They were friendly, easy to work with and professional all at the same time!
Although I was having a hard time financially to cover the cost of storage for my mom there, they were willing to work with me to be able to pay for storage to get my moms stuff out before the end of the month and was willing to put a request through for me to get a partial refund back for days we didn’t use although we had to pay a late fee because of our circumstances.
Communication has been a key factor in this, which has made the process easier for us to get the job done.
I’m truly grateful for the staff at the Kahului location for their hospitality and appreciated their understanding of the circumstances my mom and I were in. If I ever need to get a storage in the future, I would definitely come here! Mahalo!

I needed a small local locker for some personal items and so I called Extra space storage. I was greeted by 2 employees when I arrived and they were very kind upon greeting.
I explained to Thomas about my online reservation, but unfortunately there were apparently some tech issues and he couldn’t find it.
No problem, Thomas did a great job with showing me the perfect locker space with a great monthly rate.
He was kind and respectful and made sure I was satisfied with the experience.

Ana was so helpful. She showed me around as I was curious of the different sizes of units there were available. She has great customer service skills, very polite and attentive to my needs. I’ll recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone.

A little expensive but the staff were super amazing ? the property is absolutely super clean. The surveillance camera make me feel safe. The double verification to even get through the gate. I actually love the storage space we had! It was amazing for so much items and I honestly could’ve fit more! It’s been almost two years so you could say we loved the (EXTRA SPACE)

Needed space fast, so I found their support center, online and they guided me to a suitable space in Kahului, Maui where I wanted it. I signed my contract on my phone (while sitting in my moving truck) and I was unloading it 20 minutes later into my storage space. It was on the second floor of the location (beggars can’t be choosers) and their freight elevator system was amazingly effective! The people at the front desk were kind and helpful and even though I only need my space for a month they treated me like I was going to be a long term tenant!

The ladies that work here are awesome, great customer service, great follow-through, very professional, and very courteous. I’ve been renting storage units from this often on for seven years now. The facilities are very safe and secure. I’ve never had a problem. I would highly recommend it to all my friends and family for sure!
