Kinkos is my printing place for all of my needs when it comes to office work,one time I even used their computer and Ron was very nice helping me when I got stuck with an issue,he also put his time for me to solve a problem that I couldn’t solve by my own.

One's or twice a month I do my printing there and I gotta say that the people who works there are super friendly and very helpful.each time I need help they are stepping in and give me their best which I highly appreciate and recommend.

I’m a regular at the FedEx office and it’s always a great experience. The staff is super friendly starting with again and Michael and David and the two ladies I can’t remember their names. !!!!! YES

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with FedEx. The situation has been frustrating, to say the least, and I am seeking a resolution.
On July 3, I had my phone stolen and made arrangements to have my employee in Hawaii send me a new phone via FedEx. Julian visited a FedEx office in Hawaii, followed the provided instructions, and I paid for the phone to be shipped to Istanbul, Turkey. We were assured that the phone would arrive by July 10 without issue.
However, when July 10 arrived, I logged into my account to track the package, only to find that it was being held at customs. Apparently, a special certificate was required for the package's release, which FedEx had failed to provide. This led to a delay, and after much back-and-forth communication with FedEx representatives—who were frankly incompetent—the phone was eventually returned to Hawaii.
Julian, visited the FedEx office in Maui multiple times to resolve the issue. Initially, he was informed that a form would be provided to dispute the charges for the shipment from Hawaii to Turkey, and from Turkey back to Hawaii. Despite repeated visits and calls, Julian did not receive this form for quite some time. When he finally did, he was then told it was too late to file a complaint. Julian was assured by a FedEx representative that the matter would be handled, yet after numerous attempts, there has been no resolution.
This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. I have paid for a service that was not fulfilled properly and, after countless efforts on my part and Julian’s, I still do not have a solution or a refund. I expect someone with the authority to address this situation to contact me directly and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue.

The limited hours are ridiculous. Closed at 2pm on Sat and all day Sunday? They used to be open every day...

i went to dairy road fedex and printed a w9 filled it out and then scanned it to email to a job . they placed 2 $10 holds totaling $20 on my debt card for one small task that costed less than $3 !!! i still have the $20 missing from my account and i did file a dispute with my bank.. fedex shame on you for doing people dirty like that !!! never have they done that when i've made copies in the past and let me tell id never go there again !! a job that costed $1.50 and .73 cents to scan you fedex left my account on $1. that's right one dollar left in my account i really see that as taking advantage of your own customers to collect some interest on their money being on hold for a dollar worth of service !!! gross

Terrible service. The site supervisor was shocked when I mentioned how unsatisfied their service was. I'm not sure why because he was standing there when their employee flat out shrugged their shoulders and quickly pushed the cart full of boxes my way and walked away just as quickly. I struggled to hold the door open and walked past two stores pushing the cart to realize I was going the wrong way. The cut curb was around the other side. All this could have been avoided if a little customer service was provided. I wasn't expecting anyone to stack boxes for me but a little support would have been fabulous. I walked in to see said employee laughing it up with coworkers when I return the cart. I guess it was just one of those days. So yeah...not thrilled by the lack of service. Oh and I was there because they messed up the order with the first pick up.

Went to print a poster. Was told it would take a couple of days. Politely enquired if it could be done quicker. Was told no. Asked why it took so long for a simple print and was rudely told "no particular reason". After pressing, it turned out it could be printed there and then by using self-print. I literally had to cajole this information from the associate. No spirit of Aloha; just a spirit of surliness. Go to Office Depot for printing, they're way better.
