i went to dairy road fedex and printed a w9 filled it out and then scanned it to email to a job . they placed 2 $10 holds totaling $20 on my debt card for one small task that costed less than $3 !!! i still have the $20 missing from my account and i did file a dispute with my bank.. fedex shame on you for doing people dirty like that !!! never have they done that when i've made copies in the past and let me tell id never go there again !! a job that costed $1.50 and .73 cents to scan you fedex left my account on $1. that's right one dollar left in my account i really see that as taking advantage of your own customers to collect some interest on their money being on hold for a dollar worth of service !!! gross

Terrible service. The site supervisor was shocked when I mentioned how unsatisfied their service was. I'm not sure why because he was standing there when their employee flat out shrugged their shoulders and quickly pushed the cart full of boxes my way and walked away just as quickly. I struggled to hold the door open and walked past two stores pushing the cart to realize I was going the wrong way. The cut curb was around the other side. All this could have been avoided if a little customer service was provided. I wasn't expecting anyone to stack boxes for me but a little support would have been fabulous. I walked in to see said employee laughing it up with coworkers when I return the cart. I guess it was just one of those days. So yeah...not thrilled by the lack of service. Oh and I was there because they messed up the order with the first pick up.

Went to print a poster. Was told it would take a couple of days. Politely enquired if it could be done quicker. Was told no. Asked why it took so long for a simple print and was rudely told "no particular reason". After pressing, it turned out it could be printed there and then by using self-print. I literally had to cajole this information from the associate. No spirit of Aloha; just a spirit of surliness. Go to Office Depot for printing, they're way better.

Went to go take my passport picture. No wait and my husband and I just walked it. Super friendly and even retook out pictures to ensure we were satisfied.

I’m rating one star because I did not know that fed ex puts a “temporary hold” of $10 to print 0.38 worth of copies?? Like seriously what a scam !

This location is amazing! On the mainland im used to long lines and at least 24-72 hour wait time to have my documents bound. I walked in, waited for the customer in front of me to ship a package and then immediately I was taken care of and my documents (219 pages) were bond in a spiral book for under $8! Cant beat the price or the service!

Slowwwwwwww. Ridiculous wait times. No one acknowledges the customers dancing in line. Do they see? Do they care? I would do almost anything to avoid ever having to set foot in this place again.

I had to ship a laptop and some other fragile equipment back to the mainland. Angie, the store manager, helped me. She was so helpful, easy to work with and quick! There were a few people being helped and waiting, but she still welcomed me and thanked me for waiting (even though it was only 2 mins). She helped me decide what box to use and helped w printing the label and boxed everything up for me. Super appreciate the help! I feel like everyone is in such a rush these days it was nice to get help & be able to ask questions. Thank you!

The store manager Angie is the rudest person alive and her behavior was ridiculous, she was over the top and petty. She should not be in management, she is insane.

Aloha! The spirit of Aloha does not exist here. Some of the employees are very rude. If there were an alternative FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on Maui, I would definitely go there.The Owner or Manager should teach their employees to be polite to customers at all times. After all, they help put food on their table and they wouldn't have the job without customers! I know everyone has a bad day and I don't believe in mentioning any names but I hope that this business will read this and take it to heart for the sake of the customers. Mahalo.

Matt Jim is the big guy that is always so courteous and helpful. Love the way he greets every customer and always provides a positive consistient customer experience. No task is too small or too complex for him to assist with. Overall the store experience is competitively priced and very reliable.
