Good deals and good customer service. Lots of great finds. Highly recommended. Nice stop to cheaply replace things you forgot

The Maui pricing has gotten out of hand for used, donated items. $15 for a button up shirt and $13 for a sweater. Waste of time, just buy new instead.

It was great. My mom had a return and the cashier had a heart and allowed her to do an exchange. It can also be a treasure hunt. I found a few good scores under twenty bucks

Very well organized. No lines, easy to find, decent selection of clothes. I need 85 characters and don't know what else to say.

No hawian shirts, no pots, pans, no coolers, no camping. Men shirts $8, few jeans. Polyester pants $10. Few choices, gets tougher in Maui. Just got 4 year no-pay tenants out, need whole house.- yikes!

This store is easy to find, the parking up close can be tricky lots of stores around it use same lot. Store has tons of merchandise. The rows of clothes are labeled what is in that row, which I appreciated. They have a few dressing rooms to use. There are lots of household items also. They have boards telling the price of items, I felt the prices were kinda high for used clothes but lots of people had arms full to buy. There are no clerks to ask questions of. I had been told that they offered senior discounts on Tuesdays but found out that hasn't been done for a while. They do have a sign at front that certain color tags are marked down that day.

Goodwill has organized and really changed the look recently. Expanding the space allows to seem more open. Which means they have more great items to browse, enjoy, or maybe splurge? Haha. Oh they had thee cutezest Baby costumes for Halloween.

We were driving by and noticed there was a Goodwill store and I can't resist a thrift sesh so we took advantage of the free parking and peeked inside. Mostly clothing, but there is also a small selection of furniture, a good amount of seasonal decorations (Halloween this visit) and kitchenware. I grabbed a can of gold sparkle hairspray which was a steal, so I'm ready for Halloween and Xmas now. I read other reviews saying you can score xmas trees here too so I will visit again early November to see if I can find a tree to spray paint to match my decor. Prices were reasonable, lots of clothing and shoes, handbags n hats, some framed pictures, even a SUP board. There was a good selection of brand new Starbucks cups which were reduced from $23.99 to $9.99 so they are obviously getting old and overstock donated by local stores. There were a lot of clientele sifting through the treasures and the staff were welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for a bargain this is the place to go!

It's not the Goodwills of Mainland, but it depends of the day, you can find good deals there.

we love to donate our stuff to local causes but this place will never see us again. we have donated 3 times and every time have had to face rude unhelpful people. one man threw some of our stuff on the ground saying it was not good enough to even give away. our "cast offs" are all high quality and taken care of. they are rude and not even thankful when they do accept your stuff. stay away. horrible experience. why did Savers have to close?

I went to drop off several bags of gently used clothing, but they would accept only two bags. I was not a happy camper. They need to post this on their website. I was not willing to drive to Kihei to drop off clothes. If they won't accept more than two bags at a time I will have to go through the clothes and if I don't consider them as gently used then it will go in the trash.

The most overpriced Goodwill I’ve ever been to. Less expensive to buy new at Ross or TJ Maxx. Upcountry donation site personnel rude as well. The worst deal on Maui. Shopping at and donating to Secondhand Heaven from now on; they seem to truly have the interest of the community at heart, rather than just turning free stuff into a profit like Goodwill does.

Prices are outrageous for seniors and the store is always disorganized so disappointing to look for items when it's crowded on the shelf.distasteful and insightful. The staff are rude and suspect costumers of taking and changing sticker prices? UUGH pass on it! No stars

The staff here are not very friendly or helpful and just plain rude. Their prices are ridiculous for a second-hand store on most items. They tend to have new items (mostly from Target) in duplicates, but their prices are outrageous! I'd rather buy the item from Target than here. Returns are accepted for three days but for store credit only. While dropping off donations, the staff act as if you are a bother and refuse to help unload any items. They insist on knowing everything that is being donated in each box and bag. I will be finding another place to donate my unwanted items.
