I dropped off my taxes to be prepared by Mariam 2 1/2 months ago after at least a dozen phone calls and several emails I finally spoke with someone else my taxes are still not complete I am picking them up to take them somewhere else the worst service I’ve ever received from a tax pro in my life I would never use H&R Block again

I dropped off my tax documents to Mariam 2 1/2 months ago. I left several messages for her and many emails trying to communicate about my taxes. She Never returned any of my calls or emails. I finally spoke with someone in her office who informed me I could come by and pick up my tax documents and take them somewhere else. The most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with in my life. I would not trust these people to do my taxes ever go anywhere but to them.

Accidentally made the wrong appointment. They fit me in hooked me up with outstanding accuracy and the customer service was above and beyond. Thank H & R block I'll be using you next year's and hopefully years to come ??

I've been seeing Dar for a few years now. She's very professional and friendly. I actually took the HR Block course with her years ago. Unfortunately I didn't finish the course back then.

Well after Dar Swajka couldn't remember what information we talked about and insisted it didn't matter I suggested her lack of detail did matter.. when you are paying almost $500 for a very simple tax return it should matter. She also interrupts, talks over you and hung up on me. Most unprofessional and unpleasant experience ever.
