I took my Dodge SUV to the service department as my car would intermittently start. First it took 8-10 times to reach the service department. They know it is a problem for clients, but do nothing to fix the "no answer" by the service department. I pick up my car at approx 2:15 pm and within the hour the car doesn't start. I am less than a mile away and again, it takes working with the receptionist 8-10 times to get service to answer. I get a service person, who shows to empathy, concern or cares that my car was not working and says have it towed to our service dept. I do it because I have no choice and have to take an Uber home 30 minutes away. So I waited in a parking lot 1.5 hours for a tow truck driver and took an Uber home. When I get to service department, they are closed but thankfully a parts person was there and was kind. The next day my husband called service (6-8 times) and left a voicemail for the service manager who is supposedly out to lunch and doesn't return his call ever. I get to the Jim Falk to talk with the GM who is not available but Jim Baylis, Sales Manager, does manage to calm me down and talk with the defensive service department manager. Jim talks to the service manager who is defensive about his lunch, annoyed that he must attend an OHSA meeting and really did not want to deal with an annoyed customer. The service manager explains to Jim, sales manager, that it is policy due to insurance reasons, that Jim Falk cannot go to a customer, even though it might be stemming from Jim Falk's shoddy service. I find this argument specious as any other dealership would run to rescue a client, who car's breakdown might be their issue.I was informed that the service department didn't attach the new $500 battery properly. The problem is shoddy service.Jim Baylis made an effort to have my service check done for free and reimburse me for Uber. But that doesn't solve the three problematic issues. First, Jim Falk's service department does not answer their phones, placing their customers in a defensive, exhausting position before anything gets started. And two, they have zero accountability for their service quality or care for their clients. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT, unless you are forced by their warranty. Three, they cannot and will not assist a client if the car breaks down immediately after being serviced. If you chose to buy a Dodge, Jeep, Ram or any vehicle from Jim Falk make sure your sales person will run personal interference for you as the Service Department at Jim Falk Dodge, Ram Jeep just does not care about you at all.

We went into their Service Dept after the Lahaina fire. We received the best treatment we have ever received by James Weaver Service Manager and his staff. They went above and beyond and we are incredibly thankful. Mahalo

So I rented a dodge and my ID, hotel key and bank car slid forward underneath the cup holder hard surface lid. I went to 86 Hololea st and they maintenance staff there was diligent and shift in helping me, they ripped apart the center console and my cards where found deep near wires. I was able to drive off successfully with no damages to my rental. I’m so grateful for their expertise and their willingness to help me especially because it was so swift. Thank you guys for giving me an extra memorable experience on my vacation here. Highly recommend this dealership 100%.

Service review: ZERO starsI have avoided this place at all costs after two previous frustrating attempts to have my car serviced in the past, but have to return for an issue on a Fiat that I can't seem to find anyone else on the island to deal with it. Jim Falk Chrysler/Dodge service department is horribly slow, very poor communication. If you 'schedule' a service appointment, that is only a drop off time. They may not start working on your car until hours later only to inform you they will need to finish the work tomorrow or need to order parts and then provide zero communication updates on status of parts. I've been waiting 2 months for a relatively simple fix. I would honestly never purchase a car from Jim Falk because I wouldn't want to have to deal with the service department. Avoid if you can. Prepare for frustration if you can't avoid.Addition edit:So my husband called the service department to follow up since we've been waiting forever and they told him the part was never ordered!!! After they had told ME that the part was ordered and they were waiting for it to arrive and "we will call you when it gets in". This place is a complete joke. And apparently are pretty misogynistic since they told me complete bull crap and told my husband the truth. Do not go here!

Just made a purchase here and delt with Harrison, he was able to accomplish within an hour what took another dealership an entire week to do and I still get nowhere with..Excellent communication and timely responses the whole way through with Harrison!I didn't deal with anyone else here, but if they are anything like Harrison you can expect a smooth experience with no bs and running around. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.A++++

Installed faulty parts, then could not schedule me for a specific time - insisted on leaving it all day just for a diagnosis (of a system that they installed???) Offered no concessions. Unimpressed.

The sales side has gotten hilariously greedy these days, and missed out on selling me a $90k car simply because I refused to pay a dealer upcharge (and FYI you NEVER pay that, it’s just a fake add-on some dealers use to get more money outta you). I never haggled anything, agreed to the normal price + fees, and they still let it fall though.Ended up finding a dealer in the mainland that sold the car to me below MSRP and shipped it down. Saved ~ $25k than what this dealership wanted outta me.

New Dodge manager Dan, is the best manager Dodge Kahului, has every had. He cared for our "lemon" van and was able to get the factory to provide replacement parts at no cost to us. It was a miracle. In a situation that started out super grim, and ridiculously expensive, and made us feel like launching bad reviews, Dan came to the rescue, and made it BETTER than right!!!

Total competence at every level, that starts when I walk in the door. In the three-plus years I've lived on Maui, I've taken my vehicle to Jim Falk Service for oil changes, A/C, brakes, spark plugs, coils, radiator, tires, and leaking gaskets. Each time, the mechanics do perfect work. I'm not taking my vehicle anyplace else.

This place is a joke! I’ve been calling for over a week now for them to send me an email so I can show that the car is safe to ship to the states. Every time I try to call the assistant always says her supervisor, Sean, is always with a customer or says he has sent it. Then when I finally talk to Sean he tells me that it’s not his problem that I have to send my car today. But if he could do his job and send an email when he said he would he wouldn’t have the problem of dealing with me. Then instead of sending the email while on the phone he says he will get the email sent within the hour. Like why do I have to wait on you even more? I’ve already waited a week for you to do your job!

The dealership did not have sales people that were honest, or have knowledge of the vehicles they were selling. It took them a very long time just to get the registration and paperwork to me even months after buying. Even though we bought 3 vehicles they didn't seem to care about timely service or owning up to promises made. If you buy from here get everything they say in writing. My sales person was a girl Jaylynne if I'm remembering correctly. She was terrible, even after numerous phone calls and emails things were not resolved. I eventually had to speak to a higher up and was not compensated in any way.On the bright side, the actual service department is great. Efficient, friendly and informative. Especially Sean. Way better experience with them then when I owned a Toyota

Charged Triple! what I was quoted. Job was well done but cost me way more than what they said it was going to be and called me 2/3s of the way into the job to tell me the cost. I had no choice but to accept and have them finish.
