I would sell my car (Hyundai) because this place aren’t professional, I brought my car to fix oil problem, when i got my car back, there are bumper and scratches on driver side and then I talked to the manager, he said will check the camara and contact me back and he never called me back, I tried to call them a few times and the front desk said she will let the manager know, after a week nobody contacted me back so I decided to stop by the dealership and asked them the update, the manager didn’t show me the full camera record on the day that my car was there, he showed me only a period after my car got fix and parked outside so that angle can’t see the driver side at all so he denied to take a responsibility to what happened to my car! This is terrible

Brought my '19 Kona in for a warranty issue as discussed on the phone. When I got there they said do you want the $40 or $200 diagnostic. Not sure what changed from the phone call to drop off a week later. Pretty defensive check in. ?

The vehicle was purchased in Nov. 2022 and since then the vehicle has broken down 3 separate times (dec, jan, and march). The service department sucks. They say they order parts that take forever to come in, no one answers the phone, and after getting the vehicle back, it still breaks down. DONT WASTE UR TIME HERE. I wish i went somewhere else. If i could give them -10 i would..

It is now April 6 and I have not hear back not a call regarding the status of the repair of my Hyundai. I have left numerous voicemail messages and NO ONE has returned my call. When I call the service number - a sweet young lady by the name of Alea answers the phone and tries to assist and has even walked back to the Hyundai area to get answers. This is unacceptable.

I'd rather walk than deal with Maui Hyundai, Jim Falk Motors, or any of their associated businesses. They are careles - your car will be dirtier when it is returned than when you brought it in. Don't leave a voicemail; they won't return your message. Despite allegedly being a full line dealer, they only sell certain models. Don't ask about anything they don't have on the lot; the salesperson had no clue and they don't know what they have in their inventory. The employees in general act as though you are an interruption to their real work. I'd rather walk than Falk!

Well for a Chevy dealer you think these people would have more reach out power at their fingertips you know getting parts and stuff but you know what I mean they're just they don't think outside the box it's just a 9 to 5 job they do their best they should improve on that though after all they're the ones you made Chevy they should be able to get parts

I called 3 times last week and left message every time to make an appointment to get my window fixed. My rear window is stuck half way down and will not move so as you can imagine it's not like I can drive anywhere and park knowing that someone can just break in. I finally get a call a week later and book an appointment for 8am for two days away so I show up at 7:45am and my car has not moved for over an hour and a half now with no reason as to why. So apparently my time is worth anything? Very disappointing!

Do not buy a car from them. The service does not exsist it's nearly impossible to reach the service department, you leave a voicemail & no one calls you back. The fact that the salesman did not show or demonstrate the cars features should have been a red flag. I didn't know it was to be serviced at 7000mi. I tried calling to schedule an appointment at 3000mi. no answer left a voicemail no reply. I then took it in to the dealer for an appointment only to be told it was 7000mi. At 6000mi. I called 3x left voicemails no response. At 6,736 my car would not start. Again calling voicemail full. Had the vehicle towed to Hyundai, they said they would service it at 7:30am the next day. I've called there several times voicemail until I finally told the person I wanted to speak with the service manager, they took my number and I'm still waiting!,, fortunately I have another vehicle a TOYOTA wh service is great. Do not buy a vehicle from them if you expect service!

I had a pleasant experience. I took my car in for factory recall computer update and replacement of a canister. The gentleman that helped me was courteous and didn't try and upsell me on stuff I didn't need. He was very helpful and also got me a quote for a broken fog light. He gave me a realistic time frame of when to expect my car and he was pretty much on the money. I realize things can go wrong during a servicing so even if it had taken longer I would have been ok with it. They did not have one part in to finish the job but said they had ordered it and would call as soon as it came in so I could bring it in to finish the work. All said and done this was a much more pleasant experience since my last visit to dealer ship. I probably still won't buy a car from these guy. But I have a respect for the service department. They actually made me feel like a valued customer. Maybe they should be training some of the other employees and managers.

always providing awesome and prompt service from welcoming to existing the service area, therefore overall giving the aloha and family style atmosphere that all departments on the island should try to match

Friendly service but lack the experience of disclosing information before proceeding on vehicle service on the amount of $107.94 for oil change it's only 500 miles on it within 6 months of driving it. Upon purchasing a new 2020 Hyundai I felt I have been mislead into believing it came with a 36k miles or 3 year warranty guess we shouldn't believe all what is said.

Make Sure You Get It In Writing!!! Let me start with the good. I love my truck. There’s the good. First off I’m not going to put up my salesman’s name or the finance managers name because I don’t get down like that. And in all honesty I like my salesman I’m just disappointed in him. To make a long story short I leased a vehicle and upon returning it made a deal for a truck. My deal was that all aspects of ending my lease would be covered by the dealership as part of my truck purchase. Essentially out with the old in with the new (clean slate). 8 months later I start receiving calls from Hyundai billing stating that I owe them a balance. I brought this to my salesman’s attention who informed the finance manager and I never heard back. After 3 weeks of no word I go in person to resolve the issue. The end result was the finance manager saying that because he couldn’t find it in writing in my agreement he could do nothing about it. He actually said “he wanted to do right by me but...”. If you guys wanted to do right by me then you would have no buts. I am a handshake and your word is good enough kind of guy. But unfortunately this business is not. I immediately left, contacted Hyundai and payed the balance myself. They lost a customer today over a mere $600. Too bad for them because my wife and I were going to buy a 2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy trim when they got one in stock.
