If there was a zero star that's what I would give. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Ill keep my story as short as possible. But I would ship my vehicle to Oahu for service before I ever bring it in to JIM FALK MOTORS.I made an appointment for my 2018 F150 for a recall notice. Took time off of work to bring my truck in on my appointment time/dateWas turned away because they didn't have the parts and was told they would order the parts and call me back to make an appointment when the parts came in. 4 months later, no call, no message, no emailI call to see if they have the parts and to make a appointment.They then tell me I need to bring my truck in so they can order the parts.This would be driving to them 2 times to not get in done when they could have looked at my truck the first time I brought it down.When I called the Service Manager, Nick, and tried to explain the situation, I couldn't get a apology and he was incredible rude about the situation. At first he was trying to be helpful on getting the truck repaired, but soon later he had as much sense as his service team.I don't know about the sales team, but I would never go there for service for the rest of my life and will never recommend anyone to this poor excuse for a business.

Everyone Knows dealers gauge people on service but $200 oil change, really? Also previously had issues with buying a new vehicle. They said anything to get me to purchase and when it came down to it, they didn't follow through on promises. Get it in writing like I did in case you have to fight them later. They kept saying "he doesn't work here anymore". It took Four hours and a standoff even though I had the promises in writing to get them to honor promises, which were only partially met. They'll lie through their teeth to make a sale. No other dealers on Maui so what are people to do? Buy from mainland or Oahu and have it shipped. It's a huge hassle but at least you have a chance of getting what's promised.

I went in last month and test drove a car, it went well but there was another car I wanted to test drive that I was told wasn't ready yet. The salesman told me they'd give me a call when it was ready so I could test drive it. A week went by and I got no call, so I left a voicemail. Still no call back. Come to find they sold the car I'd been hoping to test drive a few weeks later after ignoring my request for a test drive. I was surprised because they knew I have a significant down payment and they just completely dropped the ball and failed to provide any kind of customer service or get back to me. Looks like I'll be shopping for a car somewhere else.

This business could car less. I have tried to make a service appointment for the last week. The web site does not work. I have now called 14 times to be transferred to a phone that is never answered. I have left 5 voice mails never returned. I just spoke to the operator who was of no help and could not find a real person to speak with. They have lost my business for good for exceptional poor service.

I had a Exellent experince with the used cars division ,,, As pulled in to the lot ,,, I was greeted by Ta Hani she right away helped me feel comfortable and proceeded to listen to my thoughts and help me look at some options ... Our salesman, Ryan, was very helpful, transparent, and made the process straight forward. We had limited time to get a car and knew what our budget was. Ryan helped us achieve this. However, the atmosphere of the dealership was somewhat unprofessional; (like a lot of profanity). The conversations we had were a little too casual with other team members. We definitely were treated more professionally at other car dealerships we visited in our search. We were very pleased with the car we purchased, however, at the end of our experience the car was sent over to be detailed and cleaned and we found they did not even vacuum very well, let alone detail the car.

OK there are a lot of negative reviews below which surprised me as I found the service office excellent to work with, so perhaps I just caught everyone on a good day? I called because my employer's Chevy Suburban had a recall on the rear seats, they booked me in and when I turned up they were very helpful, noted it had another recall on the headlights and said they would take care of that too, and also the clock which was an hour behind because of daylight saving. I dropped the vehicle off at 9.30am and it was ready by 12.30pm, just like they promised. They also provide a shuttle service which drops you off and picks you up while you wait! BMW doesn't do that! I found the whole experience easy, quick and friendly.

If you want the best service on Maui, look no further Abraham at Jim Falk Chevrolet is your guy! My relationship with Jim Falk Chevrolet started a little Rocky,. My initial contact with the dealer was with a service advisor who was the least professional and rudest service advisor I have ever encountered. I believe the day I encountered the poor service was that person's last day working at the dealership. I am a retired consultant in the automotive industry teaching dealerships and independent automotive repair facilities how to hire and train Service advisors, Technicians and service managers. When my issue was discussed with Sam the service manager and Abraham the service advisor, their excellent customer service skills should attract anybody as a customer. I also witnessed their technician that specializes in electric vehicles having a discussion with another service advisor, the technician advised the service advisor that while he was in doing programming on another customer's computer of an electric vehicle, he noticed that an update was necessary. He told the service advisor that if it is not a warranty update to just give it to the customer at no charge. After hearing the technician discussed that with the advisor and the exceptional service I received from Abraham, my opinion of the service department has changed. Thank you Abraham for the exceptional service.

I made my appointment for 8am, first appointment available and did show up on time to check in for my routine oil change and tire rotation. It’s 10:50am and they say it will take another half hour for my car to be ready because they only have one Hyundai technician…. In what planet does such a basic service take that long and why would the only (such a monopoly) Hyundai dealership have only one technician to perform such tasks? This place definitely takes away the joy of owning a car from a brand they represent. Buying a car from them was exhausting since they try to manipulate you to earn a higher commission and every time I bring my car for service is just a drag with the poor service and lame excuses to justify their subpar performance. This is such a poor alliance for such a well known brand as Hyundai and all the others they represent.Services: Wheel alignment

Maybe make sure you have the part in stock when I schedule service and not when I show up. Valuable days wasted that could have been used getting the part in. Never going back.

Worse auto dealership ever. We ordered a Ford maverick almost 2 years ago, and nothing. Tim Hutchinson was our sales person we dealt with. We didn't receive no updates whatsoever from him or management. We kept calling and he does not respond. We finally went over to see went over to see what is going on with our order and he told us it's been canceled a month ago because they discontinued that color. They had no balls to even let us know. So I called other ford dealerships on a different island and asked them, our color was not discontinued. If that's how they do business I will definitely let people know on how piss poor Tim Hutchinson and the gm handle business
