Poor customer service. They never followed through with their promises. Called them many times and they promised to email me the info regarding Smartcap but never did.

Excellent service. I was able to get my vehicles detailed and ceramic coated from here and the outcome was way better than expected. They go above and beyond. They also do custom build work such as chrome deleting, and air suspension. I had both of these jobs done by KTS. So far so good and I trust in the reliability and quality of their work. Mark is very helpful and will work with you to get what you want out of your vehicle.

Been going to KTS ever since I bought my truck back in 2018. Great customer service and Mark is super nice. He will go above and beyond to work with you so that you are satisfied with your purchase. If anyone is looking into getting their vehicle modified or to get their car professionally detailed, Mark is the person to go to! Definitely will be going to him again in the future for all my trucks mods.

Been coming to KTS customs ever since I had my first truck always very good service never had any problems from work they have done on my vehicle they just recently lifted my 2017 Toyota and this thing is cherry no rubbing or anything super stoked on my build!!!!

My Toyota was returned with major rubbing issues .They don’t have a lift , they use jacks. Their shop is their own residence under a tent . Would not recommend.
