The guy on the front desk looks mad all the time like he doesnt like his job at all. When I ask for a receipt he gave me a confused look that i have to ask him again to provide a receipt then he told me they dont have an official receipt for the LBC box that I'm buying. He couldnt even give a reasonable answer. Omg.

The store closes at 4pm on Saturdays. I was there at 3:55pm and the lady said she can’t process my transaction because she is done with her paperwork! Big bummer ! Before I went I was calling the store at 3:35pm but nobody is answering. That means she was closed at 3:35pm.

Every time na pumupunta ako dito ang tagal tagal nilang maiprocess. Always na rason nila mahina signal is that right reason? Why dont you try a new computers ang try to delete some file that is not really important you always make your customer wait for a long time

I use to use LBC always, but their computers at the Maui Office are so slow and usually freeze. it takes sometimes 30 minutes to send money transactions. Xoom, at the push of a button is so much quicker... Give your employees better tools at Maui.. Real computers that make transactions easier, or you will lose much more to Xoom... Lucky Xoom does not ship.. when that happens, LBC is out of business...

We sent a box in October with the promise from LBC that it would be delivered in time for Christmas.
Well, here we are, the end of January, and it has not been delivered yet.
