Totally pleased with my cusotm-made hat. I had it personialized with a Hawaiian word that included a letter not in the English alphabet. No problem for the woman manager who made it, she got it perfect. Almost tie for a new cap and I will get it at Lids.

This place was great with trying to find a size that fits my fat head. I can't remember the guy that just moved there, but he was great giving me info for future purchases.
