Terrible terrible phone skills and terrible terrible customer service. Person I talked to was rude and very very incompetent on what she does. I asked if they can repair back glass on iPhone. Person says”we don’t do that it takes months to fix. Call my manager in the morning. Should have a half a star for this rating. Who was this person I talked to , the janitor?

I would say this guy is reasonably priced if you were to provide your own parts. I came in to restore an old iPhone SE and I provided the back housing full assembly. And he charged me around $-$50 for just labor. Definitely will come back. Because his shop is open area where you can see his work gives me the piece of mind.

So glad I came across this place - had a great experience - got my iphone fixed in less than half an hr whereas at imac store just earlier in the day, I was told that my phone is impossible to diagnose, never mind - to repair, that I have for sure lost all my data that wasn't backed up and that I need to get a new phone... I came here - within 5 min. I was told it's battery that needs to be changed... 10 more minutes - got battery changed, and phone working and all good!

This Kiosk by Verizon is the worst repair experience I ever had they take advantage of tourists and locals alike ! It’s a trap they give you super chip price and you happy for a week then screen go’s black and when you come back to see this kid there at his kiosk he blames you !!! And try to charge you again ! I learn my lesson I’d rather pay more for a quality part please stay away waste of time and money!I did went to the Apple store and they confirmed that this is a fake China part and not oem that use much more voltage and it can actually destroy my data and destroy my phone completely!! STAY AWAY !!!

Ocean fixed my cracked screen on my iPhone. Service was quick and I was able to get my phone back on the same day. Great price.

I've updated this review and I've reduce the rating after getting some outside consultation about my experience I still would use this business but I highly recommend you test the product you give the proprietor before you turn it over and after you pick it up to see that the repair and phone is still functioning fully My iPhone X needed a battery replacement I used yelp to give me a quotes. iPhone Maui repair was the first to respond and was open to providing same-day service. I went to The Center dropped the phone off with Ocean The proprietor he sanitized it and told me it would take about 30 minutes to repair. I highly recommend that you test the phone in front of the proprietor before you give it to him that includes making a phone call opening the phone and showing him that the Internet is working. I would do this with anyone that I gave my phone to work on in the After having some lunch I came back the phone was repaired. Unfortunately the battery he put into the phone was defective he was able to swap the bad battery out a second time in about 10 minutes this battery worked correctly. At that point I had to go back to work. After about two hours of charging my phone reached the 80% optimum level and the software said the battery was working correctly. I put my Sim back in the phone and unfortunately after using the phone for about 30 minutes I realized that my earpiece was no longer functioning. I could use my speaker phone but not the earpiece. I would have no choice but to bring the phone back. He took the phone back and within a hour he was able to replace the earpiece at no charge and return the phone to me. Now my face ID no longer works on the phone which is a key feature. Hopefully this repair will hold and hopefully it's the last repair. I would recommend this business but I'd also recommend to fully test before you drop it off And on the completion of the repair

The ocean killed my phone and Ocean fixed my phone!! I had some small sand get stuck in my charging port from the ocean waves, but I came here and Ocean literally was able to fix the issue in the matter of a few minutes and didn't even charge me for his service. He is super nice and friendly and knows what he is doing ?

We didn’t get his name but he was awesome. My phone screen was cracked and had some other problems but he definitely knows what he’s doing. The price we paid was also very reasonable. He was so friendly and had my phone ready and good to go after 30minutes. I highly recommend anyone that needs their phones fixed to check out this store.

Great experience all around. Yori and his team went out of their way to get my business phone up and running lightning fast. These guys really care about the customer and can fix just about anything. Don't bother trying to fix it yourself, leave it to the pro's here at Maui Cell Phone Repair.

Excellent service on a Sunday...quick repair of iPhone charge port and new battery after condensation from a cup with ice in it dripped on the phone. Saved me before a flight back to the mainland. High recommendation, but don't rely on the phone number you see printed on Google. It doesn't get answered, at least not the times I tried. High recommendation from concierge at Westin, and I went anyhow. They really should fix that phone number thing on Google though.
