Both of my children needed a vehicle to take their road test. I searched on the internet and found Paula. My wife contacted Paula. She was quick to respond and very professional. She showed up promptly and was very clear , precise, and professional when giving both my children an overview before the road test. I had initially reserved a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for my nephew to use for his road test. To ensure we had all the necessary paperwork, I called the DMV. To my surprise, the representative informed me that rental cars cannot be used for road tests. I then contacted Enterprise, Alamo, and Sixt, who all confirmed this policy. Hertz and Budget/Avis, answer your phones! So unacceptable being a big-name brand company.
During my research, I stumbled upon a website I hadn't heard of before. I called and left a message, and within five minutes, "Paula" called me back. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, providing detailed information and support. She even supplied a car identical to mine, a Toyota Corolla, which was perfect since my nephew was already familiar with it (my own car couldn't be used due to illegal window tints).
Paula's assistance was invaluable, and her business truly saved the day. If you need a car for a road test, I highly recommend contacting Paula and her company. To top it all off, my nephew passed his test!

Tyler at Maui Vehicle Storage is truly amazing!! We needed a safe, covered space for a specialty classic car and he was the first to call us back from several places we called and has provided a wonderful experience from the second we connected with him over a year ago. We felt very comfortable with him and he worked with our unique situation so eloquently. 5 star service all the way!!

In a word, Paula is AMAZING!!!! She is professional, courteous and kind. She is very empathetic with all the pitfalls there can be at the DMV. She is so friendly and I will be referring everyone I know to her for all dmv needs, car rental needs as well as vehicle storage. 10 out of 10 would recommend ?

All I have to say is thank you Paula! I could not have passed my driving test without you. You went out of your way to meet me at 7:30 in the morning and take time out of your day to make this possible for me. Thank you so much! All of your tidbits and information as of what is expected out of the driving test was ultimately the reason I was confident and successful in the end. At the time where weather was against me, and the DMV couldn’t help but to reschedule me multiple times for the road test. So be it weather or my other cars condition. She helped me felt at ease with how I should be driving on the road. The Tips and advice given encouraged me even after all the set backs. I Highly recommend Paula for anyone who needs adjustments to their driving skills or just the boost in their confidence to get their license!! Stored my vehicle here for 3 months. Dropped it off at the airport and they picked it up and stored it. When I returned to Maui, they dropped it off at the airport for me. Very satisfied with their customer service. Highly recommend.

Paula and team are absolute saviors! They went absolutely above and beyond to help as I was in a very precarious situation with my deceased father's truck that needed to be removed from his former residence very urgently. Not only did they pick up the keys, truck, and store the truck for me to ensure its safety, they also assisted with preparing the truck for shipment via Matson by giving it a good thorough cleaning and wash and delivering it to the port for me. I felt as though they treated me like family and did everything they could to provide relief to a very difficult situation. If Maui Vehicle Storage weren't there for me in my time of need I don't know what I'd do. Paula is very professional, friendly, and truly embodies the aloha spirit and treated me like 'ohana every step of the way. I will forever be appreciative of their services!

Extraordinary service. They have, I believe, three facilities, two outdoor, and one indoor. From our first interaction via email to the most recent they have been extraordinarily responsive even on the weekends! We recently dropped two cars off and we're taken to the airport in a timely fashion. A real family business, and great to work with.
