The dude in the service center J.D Macias is so rude and not professional at all . I had an appointment at 3pm to change only 2 tiers which I had to order my own tiers . I showed up for my appointment and he told me that they can not do it today and I have to come back tomorrow morning at 7 am . We all know how long does it take to change only 2 tiers .I came back in the morning and waiting here for almost 2hours and still haven't get my car back, top of that the dude is being absolutely rude and disrespectful. What can I do ? There is only one Mercedes Benz on this island and that's why they get away with treating customers like this and get away with .This is the least I can do to leave a review and let everybody know what's going on here .108 $ for changing 2 tiers and being treated like this .

The dealership used to be great when it was Fletcher Jones. It was just bought by Swickard. Now it is awful. Their service prices all went way up--over $900 for a basic 1st service--basically an oil change! Some of the employees are still there & they are still nice people but now they have to apologize for their new owners. They will find a new home, I hope. Both the state of Alaska & the state of Washington have recently sued Swickard for false advertising. Maybe Hawaii will be next.

Made an appt at 3pm, was a few minutes late due to the rain but it was a simple tire install as I had to order my own tires to island. Which was fine. Got to the dealership for my scheduled appt and told don't have time. Only drove across island because the appt was made then to be turned around and treated so rudely by J.D. Macias. For the amount customers invest, and in any service or business, should have been handled much more maturely on Mercedes end. Gross. Unfortunately what other options do you have? That's why they get away with treating customers this way- hence the least I can do is leave a review.

Any time you have to pay for mechanical work it doesn't make you happy but Maui Mercedes is very prompt and they do a good job. Appreciate that when we were in a bind on Christmas weekend we were able to use the loaner car! Great to do business with them!

Terrible customer service. Bought a car from here with faulty window wipers. Brought it in a month later and they said they wouldn't replace them. I'm confused because you sold me a car with wipers that didn't work efficiently. Then scheduled a repair and when I arrived weeks later, they said a part was missing. So now I wasted two trips to drive to the other side and I get left with the costs. This isn't the reliable German brand I thought I was buying into. Absolute unethical business practices with profits as their priority.

Aloha! Mercedes-Benz of Maui set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. This was the easiest dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. From the moment I reached out with a brief online inquiry, my salesperson Jorge Garces was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire financing process. My experience could not have been more seamless and Jorge made the car buying experience very pleasant. The additional service technicians are a much needed addition. Looks like Jamie as GM is improving the customer service experience as well. Back a few years ago we left Mercedes and went to GM. That dealership is the very worst for customer service I have ever seen. The SERVICE department is what will keep a customer. Mahalo.

Shout out to Jamie Sebring for one of the best car buying experiences ever. My husband and I had such terrible experiences at Honolulu dealership that we gave up buying MB. On a whim, we took at chance on the dealership in Maui and so glad we did. service B on my 2018 GLC 300.Only thing is I think Benz should give shuttle service to at least 15-16 miles. I live in South Maui and Wailea, Kihei and Makena have a lot of FJ Mercedes vehicles! That's the only bummer with service!
