You gotta give these guys credit! The guy who helped me today, Sky - phenomenal people skills.Overall, O’Reilly’s holds an edge over Auto Zone in value, and massively outperforms Napa in both value and (especially) customer service. Norman was incredibly helpful finding me the product to fix up my car. He took time to look for the proper product and gave me pointers on how to use it. Very nice and helpful person.

If you hate your job or don't wanna help people who are looking for stuff please find another job this isn't even a hard job so I don't see why the Asian guy helping me had no emotion and didn't have any recommendations other than their all the same. I'll just go to the oreillys in Kihei atleast they care about the customers

They are so awesome here! Needed a new battery and wiper blades. Came in after a long challenging day at work, and within 15 minutes William had picked the items I needed and INSTALLED everything at no charge!! Super friendly and helpful. Feels like a small town place.

It was pouring rain outside and I realized I needed to change my wipers. I went in to buy the wipers and got help from William. Seeing that I most likely needed these wipers for my car, he offered to change the wipers for me- despite the weather and that he would most likely get wet changing them for me. He then did it extremely fast and efficiently- while also maintaining a smile and exemplary customer service. This was the best experience I have had here, although I’ve always had a great experience with this location. Mahalo to William and all of the lovely staff, it’s moments like these that put businesses far above the rest.

The handle lock on my motorcycle wouldn't unlock, so I went to O'Reillys and got something to help with rust. It didn't work, so I asked for further assistance. A store rep came to the parking lot with cutters to remove the lock, but no luck, so another came out with a saw. They helped me until it broke off. Such angels. I would've been stuck. The tooth of the lock had broken, so the key didn't work anymore, and they stuck around until it was resolved. Mahalo nui loa--I am grateful every time I pass by.
