“Excellent customer care! I brought in an old can of BM exterior house paint with no formulation info, and said I'd be fine with color matching. But Michelle (owner) wasn't satisfied and kept researching who might have purchased that color, eventually asking me for the previous homeowner's name. After I provided it, she was able to pull up the previous owner's paint purchases and formulations for future reference. In summary, I was willing to settle, but Michelle went above and beyond to get me the most accurate paint information possible. Thank you!”
