Staff was great. Shipping & picking up my bike from the Kahului, Maui location was fast and easy. Once the grounds are paved instead of hard to ride thru gravel and there is a covered area to protect the bikes from the elements I'll give 5 stars.

First time shipping a vehicle and was very satisfied with service provided, car arrived to mainland with no problems or blemishes (got a little bit of bird poop on paint job/eroded it a bit, but that didn’t feel avoidable really)

delt with alot of shipping companies, they are a nightmare with even worse customer service. My advice is to go with Pasha with as much understanding and enthusiasm as it's a very difficult process (not to mention expensive). When you come from a place of understanding, Pasha will go above and beyond in customer service
