Heather the location Director has always had an open ear and a collaborative approach to any concerns we have had from time-to-time and that has been very appreciated. The staff is a reflection of her leadership which has resulted in a bittersweet graduation where we are excited to have our son graduate to the next chapter, but moving on from the comfort he has come to know for the majority of his life.
