I had to buy a new car having moved to Maui a month earlier. I had previously had a Lexus CT200 and wanted to get a new one but they were no longer made. I researched the new hybrids and found the one I want, the UX. My husband and I walked into Servco Lexus and were directed to Vilma to look at the available cars. She was so nice. We got talking and she treated us like friends. She was so wonderful. I hate the pressure and haggling of buying a new car but at Lexus this is not the case. The sticker is what you pay. It is a really great policy. The test drive was just a casual drive around town chatting with Vilma. I put down a deposit and came back to pick up the car a few days later. It was filled up with gas and had a fresh wash. Upon returning to get my license plates a few weeks later Vilma warmly greeted us and she asked how we liked the car. She is so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend her and Servco Lexus.

Took my car in for three issues today:1) The "Check system" light was on. A quick Google search told me the tire pressure sensor was not working;2) One of the backup sensors was dislodged; and3) My check engine light was flashing. Had the exact same issue happen last year, and this same Servco Lexus said it was a carbon buildup design issue that would be reoccurring.Took the car in this morning at 7:30 a.m. for a 7:45 appointment and used the drop box to drop off my keys. I called yesterday to confirm that I could. Thought nothing of it and went about my day. No contact whatsoever from the service department until I reached out to them around 1:00 p.m. Texted them asking for an update, all they said was the mechanic was looking at the car. No communication at all until around 3:00, when I'm told the car is ready, and that I needed to pick it up by 4:30. Still no update on the actual repairs performed or not performed. The only communication Servco Lexus initiated was that my car was ready for pickup over 7 hours after I dropped it off.Turns out nothing was resolved. Servco Lexus said that the TPM sensor and backup sensor need to be ordered, and the mechanic could not identify the check engine light issue. However, the service agent did not know anything about the carbon buildup issue until I brought it up, even though she read off the notes from the last time I brought the car in for service for the exact same issue at the exact same location. The service agent tried to assure me that the mechanic knew about the previous notes, but I have no confidence that she knows what she's talking about because she had no knowledge about the history of the car that's on their own system.The service agent also said that there was no way the sensor issues could have been resolved today, and if I had checked in the car normally I would have been told as such. I told her that if I knew that earlier in the morning I would have picked up the car immediately. I wish I knew I would be getting subpar service by using the drop box! This issue could also have been resolved if someone from Servco Lexus actually reached out to me to give me ANY sort of update before 3:00 p.m.I've been a loyal Lexus customer for a number of years and have taken my car exclusively to Servco Lexus. No more. I was already on the fence about selling my car, and now I certainly will. I was also thinking of buying another Lexus, but after this experience - I will not. Essentially, I was charged to bring my car in just for Servco Lexus to tell me that I need to bring my car in again. Servco Lexus should be sensitive to people's time and money, but today they were not.

Had yearly overall done all was fine.. Two weeks later, had the battery go out totally dead. Lexus tells me they can't get me in for service for two months. I begged I would pay for YOUR TOTAL inconvenience to me since I must have the car for hospital trips 5 days a week- NO never- not for two months! Not nice Servco- time to go to Porsche for **********REAL***********TOTAL TRUE ******* REAL ***** SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!!!!!!NOW!!!!!!!!!

I just visited to use the lavatory. I explained that I was from Sydney Australia and that ten years ago I did the same thing at Sydney CityLexus and ended up purchasing a Lexus. I did explain that I won’t be doing the same thing at their dealership as the steering wheel is in the wrong side of the car. However, I did undertake to counsel my dear friend Al to purchase a Lexus when it’s time to quit his Mercedes.

I am writing a belated review thinking service consultant, Mel Benito Jacinto for the excellent save she provided us when we were trying to get a car on the barge to ship to the mainland. Just hours before the deadline our car was being rejected due to a tire pressure sensor light on the dashboard. They were not going to except the car with any lights on the dash. I called but realized that I had a call center in Honolulu and decided to run over to the Lexus dealership hoping their service folks would be able to help us. I didn't even have to tell my story of WHOA as I walked into the service office Mel said oh I know you're trying to get your car on the barge and have a problem. Amazing that Honolulu had already given her a heads up, she took the car into the service bay and within 20 minutes had brought it out with no lights on the dashboard, and no charge. Thank you Alexis, thank you Mel you guys gave us great Al a and we hope it comes right back to you

My parents just went "looking" at cars, found a Toyota and my dad fell in love! Daryl K was amazing! He contacted my parents asap to squeeze them and gave them top of the line service! My dad drove off with a beautiful Toyota for a amazing price! Killer deal! My dad use to always tell us girls don't get suckered by salesmen! He sold lives for a living as a Army recruiter so I was worried sending him to Daryl as I know my dad is a money man.... Daryl made it easy, quick, the price he wanted and sealed the deal!!!! Not impressed. Dayne wasted my time with a tone deaf phone call and takes no ownership over the fact they send an automated email saying they want your trade in when in fact they know that they don't. Then they call you acting like you want a new car. You just guaranteed I will never buy a car from you. Nice work Dayne!

After visiting 5 other dealers on island I met with Darryl. He took the time to show me several vehicles in my price range and was very patient with my questions. He was friendly but direct. Never once did I feel pressured - he just laid out the available options and allowed me to decide what was best. Everything was clear and upfront. I’m very happy with my purchase experience and highly recommend Servco. I will be returning in a few years for my next purchase. Thank you to the finance department for their professionalism as well.

Always have a great experience with Lexus dealers. I had the pleasure of working with sales consultant Treyson at Servco Lexus Maui this time and it was the best. The purchasing experience was painless and fast; Treyson was knowledgeable, patient and professional. The car was shipped to me on another island in perfect condition. I will make a trip to Maui just to make my next Lexus purchase from Treyson.

Great people from sales to service. They're pretty busy and sometimes the wait times are pretty long for service but they seem to be doing what they can. The prices will be premium but that's to be expected ;) always had pleasant experience when coming for sales or service. covid times - requires appointment only for both sales/service (unless changed recently) for sales, hit up our sales guy Treyson. He's super knowledgable and we never felt pressure and bought from him twice! Our neighbor also bought their lexus from him as well. A+++
