We needed dinner before our flight on a Sunday and other places had a long wait or were closed (lots of restaurants are closed Sundays). Ended up here because they were open and not busy, and we were pleasantly surprised considering it's unassuming appearance from the outside. Really decent prices (I certainly didn't see anywhere else on the island you can get a BLT for $6.50!). Our fried rice with sausage for $15 was the most expensive thing I think, and was a huge portion and delicious! While it's a basic diner without a lot of flair, Sheik's was just what we needed! Fast and friendly service. My only issue was the cleanliness of the washrooms. The windowsill was black with dirt and things like that make you wonder about the cleanliness of other areas of the place.

This has a mom and pop down home feel. The food was very tasty and the staff were very attentive. I had a Loco moco which was very good. Very affordable as well.

Fried rice for breakfast was large, had to split between my brother and I and still had leftovers to take home. It was so good with lots of meat, yet not oily.Banana pancake was fluffy and syrup was sweet.May not be up to date decor, but Friendly personable service. Reasonably priced.

Great food! Amazing customer service...I wish I got our server's name?...we was on top of things & made sure we got everything we ordered! Always checked if we needed anything as well! Thank you Sheiks! Definitely recommend here!!!

The food was very good! When we walked in it had an older atmosphere of a restaurant that has been open a long time and doesn't get many newer customers. It definitely had the feel of a hole-in-the-wall kind of place. The food was really good and I didn't get to take a picture but the food looked good when it came out. I would also recommend the Mac Salad from this place. It's the best I've ever tasted from a restaurant. Also when I ordered Hot Tea they brought out a mini pot for your tea. It was so delicious!

This is a good place to eat but needs work in the building ,food I love the food but the girls there need to smile more and service sometimes I have to wait . Sorry if u want ur customers be happy smile it's not to smile and people will enjoy the place and food there for seniors needs more help there. I lived here 45yrs I know.Parking: Alots of spaces to park

3 signs on doors saying "face masks required for entry" but waitress didn't say anything when I came in unmasked. ???? There's also a sign to wait to be seated, but she said from the other side of the restaurant that I could sit wherever is open. she was attentive until I ordered. Didn't see her again. Another girl served. I ordered a scrambled loco moco. the receipt came with the food. You can see it in my photo. Unusual?Food arrived hot! Gravy and meat are very flavorful, eggs were seasoned as well a little bit more sear on my hamburger than I usually like but not burnt. Rice was perfectly cooked, mac salad was pretty blah.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available, family style diner.

So I work at Sheiks. And today I did a SOLO RUN. I'd like to say to all that came today. A VERY HUGE THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING. I tried my best. Thank you all for keeping us going. We are short staffed like many other restaurants out there. So your patience is very heartwarming to us all.
