I need a technician to replace my modem but every tech that comes up absolutely REEKS of cologne or aftershave, but there isn't one! Fragrances give me severe migraines.

10 people standing around, nobody could tell me what is up with the internet breakdown due to the Maui wildfires, or an idea as to approximate time for restoration, and why they sent an email scheduling a payment without getting any service. Spectrum basically sucks when they need your money they take it the day before it's due and when you have money coming back to you it fricken like jumping through hoops takes 7 days. Spectrum tell the whole story people.

I had a really poor exchange with this group today. It makes me sad because I love Maui deeply. Spectrum's customer service via phone was terrible and after being treated like dirt, I was getting frustrated and so they told me I was the problem. WOW. I have a condo in Maui I rent to guests. I don't live there and Spectrum allowed a guest to order $30+ dollars worth of movies I did not authorize. I was told "this is the problem that you people own condos but don't live here." WOW Really, I continue to pump money into their economy but I am the bad guy? That's confusing. They benefit madly from the money "we owners" provide the state.All I wanted was for them to block the fraud that occurred on our home owners association account that neither the homeowners association or I authorized. For the first 15 minutes of the call, it wasn't possible for them to block the account. I had to do it using the remote. I explained at least 10 times, I don't live there, its a rental. I live on the mainland. I can't just fly over there to put a new code on my remote. After about 15 to 20 minutes it was all the sudden do able. WILD!Oh BTW, I offered and did pay the bill out of good faith even though Spectrum was inept and allowed fraud after the bill was moved in April 2021 to be under our homeowners association, not under me any more. What a joke! How sad.

Had a crazy storm and thankfully only the internet went down for us in Kahului. Swapped out my old modem for a new one, Spectrum was busy but the wait wasn’t to harsh. The people in there were all awesome at helping me.

The associates are not to knowledgeable in giving the right information about the devices. As such the remote does not program to the TV programming. In other words don’t give information that is not accurate. Don’t beat around the bush, because time is precious.

I would give them zero stars if possible! Had problems with my home internet- the agent told me to you tube it! So I switched to Hawaiian Telecom. As I'm bringing my equipment back to the spectrum store (bc the agent told me to take it to a spectrum or ups store) a lady promptly met me outside and said they have no internet & told me to go to a UPS store!! I asked if I could leave the equipment and they could process the return later since I was already here. They refused. What a joke!!! Save yourself money & frustration and use anyone except Spectrum!!!
