Also looked through women's clothes and accessories yesterday in my local Maui Target store. Women's clearance section in the back corner was extremely messy and totally unacceptable. Disorganized, disheveled hanging clothes racks. Stained items.
There were piles of loose clothes and hangers on top of and underneath all of the hanging racks and on the floor in the area.
Better quality, more effective hangers with grooves, hooks or clips (like regular hangers!) need to replace their current version. The proof of their inefficiency is obvious. I felt compelled to take and share photos of this mess.
The staff members or managers who are assigned or responsible for that section should be retrained, reprimanded, or terminated immediately.
It actually made me feel ashamed and embarrassed as a loyal customer who has recommended this store for several years.
I'll recommend Walmart, Foodland grocery stores, and local retail businesses to visitors for their shopping more frequently instead.

Great place to stock up. My husband and I are visiting the island. Although expensive, cheaper than eating out everyday 3× day. Staff is friendly and it's easy to navigate. They don't have plastic bags, so be prepared yo buy bags and keep your bags for other shopping you may do

I like Target. Every employee I talked to was polite, professional and helpful. While I didn't find what I went for, I did pick up some grocery's-mostly basic products. The store is clean, the shelves neatly stocked, and they had everything I needed. There were plenty of fully charged disability carts, which I really appreciated.

Target is way upper class than Walmart. Things aren't locked on shelves and noone check your receipts when you walk out like Walmart! Great men clothes and high level customer service!

I had to utilize a cart to move about due to a foot injury. There was ample carts that were charged and ready to go. The aisles are big so maneuvering around the store was easy. Checkout members were courtesy and supportive and the shelves were well stocked even after the Christmas rush.

I would rate zero. I was simply making a return on items I received from Christmas without receipt and Winnie at the customer service desk automatically changed her demeanor and attitude towards me. She told me, "I can only accept this as store credit only if you didn't exceed your amount. Give me your ID." I wasn't worried or anything but I've never had an encounter with a Target employee like this in all the years I've shopped there. Winnie that works at the customer service desk on Maui needs more training on how to handle and treat a customer no matter the issue and situation.

Is there no one to answer the phones? I have called probably 10 times and I either get hung up on immediately or it rings forever and then hangs up.
