Target is way upper class than Walmart. Things aren't locked on shelves and noone check your receipts when you walk out like Walmart! Great men clothes and high level customer service!

I had to utilize a cart to move about due to a foot injury. There was ample carts that were charged and ready to go. The aisles are big so maneuvering around the store was easy. Checkout members were courtesy and supportive and the shelves were well stocked even after the Christmas rush.

I would rate zero. I was simply making a return on items I received from Christmas without receipt and Winnie at the customer service desk automatically changed her demeanor and attitude towards me. She told me, "I can only accept this as store credit only if you didn't exceed your amount. Give me your ID." I wasn't worried or anything but I've never had an encounter with a Target employee like this in all the years I've shopped there. Winnie that works at the customer service desk on Maui needs more training on how to handle and treat a customer no matter the issue and situation.

Is there no one to answer the phones? I have called probably 10 times and I either get hung up on immediately or it rings forever and then hangs up.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some stuff from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big. Park whenever you want. Lots of spots are big and wide. Some towards the front are smaller and tighter. Store & Staff: The store is very massive, clean, neat, tidy, and organized. The staff here are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

I love that this store is located about 5 minutes away from the airport. You can stop by and pick up certain items you know you forgot to pack. All the little items that you wanted to pack, but wanted to save room in your luggage. Just be aware that the prices are inflated due the fact that it is Hawaii. Nothing is cheap on the islands. Be prepared to have an increase on items by a few dollars, so if you want to leave most of your items at home and say, "Oh, I'll just pick it up at the Target in Hawaii." You will see that your receipt will be a bit high.

I used to love Target. It was my main store in Hilo. The Kahului store is very disappointing. They've been out of things for months but keep offering me discounts on them. No more distilled water for another 2 weeks. At 6:30 in the evening they have literally one checker, and a long freaking line for self-serve. I don't need this crap

My boyfriend and I went to Target on Saturday, 10/12/19 to buy dressers. We asked an employee to see if they had more in stock, she was happy to assist and went to check. She came back with the two dressers and we asked if they could hold it for us while we shop more and she gladly told us "yes, it'll be with guest services." Those dressers are heavy and it looked like she carried it on to the carts by herself! She left, we went to shop, and she ended up finding us and telling us she left it with guest services. When we went to pay for it with a different lady, the drawers ended up being $20 less than advertised!Wish I got her name. But everyone is always so nice at this Target!

Busy and lots of foot traffic. Scored some deals on brand name groceries for my kids (prices resemble mainland which is a bit cheaper than, say, Safeway). Also got some boxes of macadamia nuts near the register for souvenirs at about $5/ box. Clearance swim was also a great find. Mostly well stocked and good enough for some basic home furnishings as well.

We don't have the variety of stores like there is on Oahu or the mainland, but I'm glad we have Target. Target has a good selection of products from home decor, clothing, toiletries, groceries and more. Instead of selling endless variations of scents, colors and flavors of each item, they provide a balance in order to offer many types of goods in their limited space. Their prices are reasonable and customer service is very good. The store is clean and, since the pandemic, they wipe up the self-checkout area between customers. Overall, I like shopping at Target.

Target, or should we say Tarjay... LOL. Quality/Quantity - This place is more than 3 stars, but for a "tourist," it is no different than the Targets on the mainland. There was no souvenir section. Whereas Walmart and Costco have many more selections catering to us visitors. Atmosphere - Consistent, identical to mainland Targets. Plenty of mall parking. Open 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm. Service - Good. Price - Normal Hawaiian prices. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1962 (1902 Corporation founded), and as the 8th largest retailer in the US. 2000 - Renamed company to Target Corporation. 2015 - CVS acquired Targets pharmacies.

Lehiwa from curbside pickup either needs customer service training or be fired. No excuses.

I get it it's almost Christmas and Target is a mad house. But I literally waited at my drive up stall since 6:07pm. It's currently 7:32pm writing this review. I've watched 6 cars besides me get their orders and leave who came after me. I spoke with 3 of the workers who were running the drive up. I asked if it would be quicker for me to get it in the store, all of them told me probably not. It's already on its way out. Now I'm debating to just cancel my order. I am livid.
