I’ve used the notary service at this location many times. The whole location is always busy but the staff makes you feel welcome and are very professional. Dr. Jay and the team are always doing their best and even when there is a long line they are extremely friendly.

Came to send clothes flat rate US (they were literally falling out my hands as I entered the store)...when I said I would pack the box myself in store in front of them, they said I would have to buy a $7 role of tape...apparently they could only put the one strip of tape on the box (that I was also buying from them) if they packed it...the lack of understanding guest services, logic, and common sense among this new generation is confounding...will wait the extra day to ship with FedEx

Exceptional Service. Highly recommend this loccation and have used them for many years now.
All stores get busy, they are extremely helpful and professional, with attention to detail and friendly staff. I will keep my mailbox here forever !! It's resfreshing every visit and I look forward to the weekly visits. Thank you

my package was sent back to sender because my “address is incorrect” no note or notification was left on the property, mailbox, or email. package was not held at a location before being sent back. not only that, but it was also 3 days delayed due to a “unexpected delay”. I understand mishaps may happen but I think this could’ve been avoided easily. Not receiving a really bad review because their notary service is fast.

Had to send multiple faxes for my mother in law. Only issue was she only had it on her email. Alex did a great job helping us email the documents to the store and fax it for her. Very patients and awesome customer service. Definitely recommend this location. Go see Alex. He’s the best! Aloha. 🤙🏽🤙🏽

The owners and employees of this store are amazing, full of ALOHA, extremely helpful, and we LOVE that there's a notary there almost all the time. I can't say enough great things about this store. I don't care that I have to drive nearly an hour to get to this store, I'm happy to do it because it's so nice to do business and receive great customer service from this location. I tell everyone I know to go there for multiple services. Keep up the great work and Mahalo for always being there for us!

My husband & I have had a postal box at the Kahului UPS store for many years. Jaretta purchased this UPS store over a year ago and she is WONDERFUL! Our experience each time we enter the store is met with Jaretta's smiling face & the BEST customer service. We love Jaretta and we know she has been treated horribly by some customers on several occasions. Owning a business & pleasing the public is no picnic. Been there, done that. Jaretta cares about her customers & always goes above & beyond. My husband & I greatly appreciate Jaretta & we are grateful to have a dedicated professional like her devoting endless hours of work to serve every customer. While on vacation, I purchased some things I could quite take back on the plane with me so I had to ship them. I came across this USP Store and was very impressed by the attentiveness and professionalism of the owner. She helps in recommending the right materials to use with the packaging so items won’t get damaged. My overall experience was quiet, informative and extremely satisfying knowing my package would be delivered successfully. Thank you
