Dear fellow U-Haul storage customers... would you PLEASE stop parking your vehicles and loading / unloading your stuff literally RIGHT in front of the main entrance at the front of the building? Literally every time I come here lately, no matter what time of day, someone is doing this. Tons of other people store their items here and you're literally blocking every other customer from entering / exiting the building when you do this... I mean how clueless can you be? FYI, there's two bays right in front and several more around back where you can pull your vehicle inside the building and load/unload out of the sun.
Other than some of the customers having absolutely zero situational awareness / no concept of other people also existing in the world, this place great. Newer, clean facility, very secure, oh and the staff here is the best. :-)

Awesome customer service from every person we worked with and that was at least 6 over a four month period. Very clean and organized facilities too. Using the UBOXes to move from one island to the next. And we also rented a small 5x5x8 storage for a few months. Excellent service all around and fair pricing.

Employees are friendly and service is ok but do NOT park your vehicle overnight unless you want it to be stolen or broken in to… I had to learn this the hard way. Would be nice if they warned you ahead of time, and would be much nicer if they had better security and better cameras. Apparently this is a common issue here.

Moved from a 10x15 to 10x10 to save money and then you raised the rate to 10$ more than 10x15 $430 a month, finally I reduced rate by going into a 10x5 for $230 and now I moved out cause U haul is a rip off greedy, taking advantage of Maui fire victims!!!

Rat or mouse droppings were found all over mainly towards the back. A white plaster substance started dripping from the sealing. It must of started from the floor above and began to stick all over the stovetop. It also began sticking to expensive Hawaiian artwork which has devalued it by a huge number since it’s an original piece and not a copy. Highly unexpected and extremely disappointing.
